Worst experience EVER

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Downtown by airport
When we arrived at the hotel, the maintaince man was behind the counter checking in guest. His appearance was horrible, and he had no clue what he was doing. My debit card was charged twice for 2 different amounts. Rooms were not that clean, there was hair in the shower, and the keys didn't work to the doors for us to get into our rooms. We stayed 2 nights the room was not cleaned after the first night, we had to call to the front desk and ask for more towles, wash clothes, toilet paper, and trash bags. I would not recommend this place to my wrost enemy!!!!

Where Do I Start?

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: My departure.
The front of the hotel was littered with construction materials, discarded soft drink bottles, paper and so on. The desk clerk took 15 minutes with my check-in and seemed clueless about how to do it. On checkout the manager refused to give me an itemized bill, saying they did not do that with Expedia reservations. When I produced such a bill from my previous hotel, also booked thru Expedia, he said Wyndham Hotels didn't do that.

First two rooms they gave us people were already checked into. Third room microwave would not work, AC couldn't keep up, and needed to wait about thirty minutes between toilet flushing or wouldn't work. Other guest were complaining about there room too. Pick a different hotel!

You get what you pay for

The breakfast wasn't that great and expect to eat with the staff. They had only apples which was on a table that people we at. The rooms were clean but still could have used a better vacuum. Staff was friendly. Shower was okay.

Across from Convention Center

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: everything- see experience
Location: I was there for a convention at the center across the street.
Room was dirty at check-in. Carpet crunched when I walked in, beds had butt prints. Halls smelled and weren't vacuumed. Three floors, no elevator. Was there 4 nights, never saw a house keeper nor did anyone ever check the room. Staff had two people from another unit; one lady was nice and changed out the beds and vacuumed my room, comped it for one night; the maintenance guy kept telling me nothing was his fault. This is an old building and needs a remodel/new management badly. A/C ran wide open and never cooled the room; coffee maker missing the part that holds the filter/grounds, just run-down and not taken care of.

not nice

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: close to airport
Cons: The staff. The breakfast. The smell.
Location: We only stayed one night before getting on a plane so I don't know what it is by. Sits on a bad intersection with no cross road
The manager or owner or whoever he was that checked me in was short and rude. Maybe that's ok in his country but not in mine. The hallway smelled. The room was ok. The breakfast wasn't worth walking downstairs for. Parking lot was in bad shape and construction equipment all around. This is information I would like to know.

This hotel is awful-- do not stay here. It smells like urine and is not clean at all. It needs to be knocked down. Seriously.

Terrible experience

Posted Feb 24, 2015 on Hotels
Well this hotel was just plain awful . Cleanliness was fair but the room was so outdated and we felt like we were in a musty basement. We had to change rooms right away because there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling where the fan should of been. And the wind was coming thru the window so bad it felt like the ac was on but it wasn't . Then the topper was at 3 am someone tried to get into our room. That was the most scared experience of our lives. We will never ever go there again

Small, very dated hotel.

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: It was cheap and close to I29.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Location was great and not sure about things to do.
I know Super 8 is an economy type stay hotel and I know this hotel is privately owned with Super 8 name. I know the owners have good intentions but the hotel should be bulldozed and rebuilt. I am very surprised Super 8 would put their name on a place that looked like this. The the TV wasn't even hooked up when we got the room, we called to front desk to get help and after 20 minutes of waiting...hooked up TV by ourselves. The food (yogurt and cereal) in the "Free" breakfast was out dated/expired. Like Super 8...Expedia should probably make a check of the facilities it recommends. Again, I know it is cheap but.....
