The staff makes up for the hotel's shortcomings.

Cons: No restaurant
It's a bit out of the way, with no view, and renovations were being done during my stay.

Pros: Clean, quiet comfortable
Cons: Nothing bad to say
Location: Easy to reach and find
Clean quiet and easily found. Our king size bed was oh so comfortable, it had six large pillows. Morning buffet limited but more than adequate. has a pool and exercise room. Overall we would recommend To any and all

Clean and comfortable but lacking a few amenities.

Pros: Choices at the breakfast bar
Cons: Not enough towels and no hair conditioner
Location: Easy to find
The hotel was neat, clean, and up-to-date. The breakfast bar offered many choices such as hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, milk, coffee, toast, bagels with cream cheese, muffins, and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Check in and out was simple and fast (as it should be). The steam room was nice, but I was missing the hot tub. Pool area was lacking in clean towels, and no hair conditioner is offered in the room (or at the front desk). Also disappointed that a double queen room only has 3 bath towels (we had 4 people in our room).

Pros: Free WIFI anywhere.
Comfortable, clean and cozy, nice room layout. I was pretty tired so didn't take advantage of free breakfast, but that was a nice option.

Pros: Cleanliness
Location: Sioux Lookout is a fishing town - we haven't seen it in summer yet, but I think it would be an awesome summer vacation spot.
Sioux Lookout isn't a large town, so we weren't sure what to expect in a hotel there. We were there with our daughter, her husband and their 2 babies. There was plenty of room for the playpen, though it might have been very crowded if we had needed the sofa bed open. We put the cushions on the floor for the older baby. The hotel both looked and smelled clean (important to me) and had a great pool, sauna, and an exercise room that we didn't have a chance to use - but it looked impressive. The breakfast was sufficient. There were lots of choices for most people. My husband & I are gluten free so we brought our own bread, but used the spreads provided there, and could also have yogurt, eggs and fruit. Our kids also enjoyed the waffles, cereal, & good multigrain bread. I would definitely recommend it for families travelling in that area.
