USB ports are non-existent, the free continental breakfast is very rudimentary, but understandable when it's that slow out.

The staff made an extra effort to find a room for us on the 1st floor that did not require a lot of walking.

Stayed here before...unique, up north themed motel and adjacent properties with shops and a great restaurant (scratch made casual food and specialties like The Ritz Walleye din or the Octoberfest menu! ). Travel the US for biz and fun, and this is one of my favorite stays.

Amazing place! I am from California and personally had an amazing time at the Lodge. From the amazing staff to the kind community this is beyond a five star facility. It was hard leaving. Also learned that the town of Siren has some interesting history that shows how resilient the people of Wisconsin are. Would definitely stay again and I am working on planning my next trip back.

The pool was too cold. Breakfast was good but too processed food. Hot tub hot but not set to move around . Room was good and location was good.

Very accommodating
My wife and i stayed here the night my band opened up for Molly Hatchet at the casino in Hertel. I really needed an early check in to accommodate the time i needed to be at the show. The front desk got us an immediate check in 2 hours prior to their normal time of 3PM.

The lodge was very clean. Rustic chic. We called it cute, even. The breakfast was the only disappointing factor. Let's call it Covid Chic. Every cooked item was cold, in a baggie, to be heated up. That said, we did did it tasty enough.

We only stayed one night but it was a really nice hotel could use some updating to the cabins/rooms and the pool area could use a good deep clean and maybe an update but overall we loved our stay and plan on going back when we can spend a little more time in the area!

We checked in and once we arrived in our room we could tell it was one that was used for folks that travel with a pet and since my husband is allergic we asked to move. The front desk said no problem and we were assigned a new room. Great experience. This is the 4 or 5th time I have stayed here and have always received great service.
