Nice hotel, quiet, close to shops and restaurants.

Pros: Comfy beds .
Cons: Pillows need to be thinner and softer, staff did try to remedy comfort for us.
Location: Easy walking all around town, close to shops and cafe's
Friendly staff, parking a bit away from our room, not too convenient.

Walls are very thin. Very noisy as people walk by

Pros: Convenience to ferry
As an older hotel, mostly made of wood, it is very noisy as people walk by the unit. Even within the room, the floor boards cracked as you stepped on them.

a hotel for tours - knowing the customer wil never

this hotel is used by the company for their bus tours - do not treat individual customers as customers - the room has no chair - no desk - everything is run down (sink did not work, toilet did not work, etc.) - very hot no air coming in - no staff to take care of the problems (a few foreign workers ther efor the summer are the puch bags for customers)
