5/5 Excellent
"Was in Syracuse for a concert at JMA Wireless Dome, just needed a basic but clean and convenient place to crash. This was perfect. Left the car in the lot out front and ten minute Uber to downtown, staff was very friendly during check-in/out, room was very clean, hotel was quiet and safe, breakfast looked like nothing special but we weren't choosing this hotel for the breakfast. Met or exceeded all expectations."

"What I liked:
It wasn't a cookie-cutter hotel experience (like Hyatt, Marriott, or Holiday Inn). I liked the old-style inn atrium as well as the ability to use stairs instead of relying on the elevator. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly.
What was odd:
At night, it was hard to differentiate the hotel from the restaurant with the same name. The shower arrangement in the bathroom was odd -- including the second drain in the floor to prevent puddling."

"This hotel was absolutely worth it! It has a little wear and tear but it’s fine. Great location (near the University for games and downtown for events). The staff was super nice.
Would recommend if you’re in town for a game or show. "
"The hotel room was perfect for my stay. I felt very safe, and slept very well, which were two key factors. And the room was very clean, which was also important to me. I was very pleased with the quality of the stay and the price of the hotel. "
