What a great place to stay..Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Standard of all facilities maintained to a very high standard.
Cons: Very hard to find anything to comment on, standards are being maintained at such a high level.
Location: Short walk to beaches plenty of bars and restraunts to eat at and a couple of convienience stores near by.
Just returned after a week and could not fault the hotel or services offered, very friendly staff helpful and polite nothing to much trouble, breakfast buffet good, with a selection of hot and cold fair on offer. We were there first week of September 2014 and have no hesitation in recommending this venue to other travelers. Thank you to all at Mandraki Hotel for making our first visit to Skiathos such a good one. Charles & Lin

Friendly, cute and comfortablePosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Location to beaches and small restaurants. Dropped down below street for quiet and privacy. Nice grounds, pool, open spaces, play area
Cons: More towels around pool area. On-site resturant - very good food but waiter made us feel unwelcome....not the best impression on our first night
Location: Short walk to beautiful (!) beaches - you can choose between quiet, party or nudist - lol
We really enjoyed our stay here. As we walked to the beaches each day, it definitely seemed like we had lucked into the best hotel in the area. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms that felt private because of the lush landscaping. Nice balconies with drying racks that were appreciated after the beach. 10-20 minute walk to 6 nice (and very different) beaches. The rooms were good sized and comfortable but all the white (chair slip covers, etc) made me a little nervous :). Breakfast was served in an open-air room off the pool area - very wide selection and delicious! Really appreciated everyone going above and beyond on our last day - holding our luggage so we could still spend the day at the beach and giving us towels, etc so we could shower and change before leaving for the ferry.

The personnel is very willing to service your needs and especially the receptionist. Our main concern was the cleaniness of the room which was below average when we checked in and mediocre meanwhile. I would recommend it to a friend as the facilities are excellent, great garden and pool, they have a very nice restaurant called Elia and it is in Koukounaries which is a very good spot to stay at with the best beaches neaby (koukounaries, Banana, Agia Eleni)

Cons: Lack of sunbeds and moody waitresses
Absolutely beautiful hotel and immaculate. Breakfasts more than you could possibly wish for. Definitely could do with more sunbeds as the towels went down to reserve them from 7 am!

Romantic place, excellent staff great location!Posted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is nice, close to a beautiful beach. The breakfast was the best! Professional staff
Cons: The internet connection was spotty but was free
We had the first few days of our honeymoon there. Excellent choice! The place looks new and upscale. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is just amazing! Rich choice of food and everything was so delicious! The beach is just 5-6 min walk and one of the best on the island! Another convenience is a super market conveniently located next door to the hotel where you can supply snacks and any little necessities you may need. I'm so pleased with our choice for a great start of our honeymoon!
