Needs refurbishing, and more staffPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: The room
Cons: Refurbishment and more staff
The hotel was very busy, the public areas were untidy and needed cleaning, I feel they needed more staff to cope with the busy schedule. The room was clean well serviced, and we had a good nights sleep.

Convenient but tiredPosted Jun 11, 2014
Cons: Refurbishment of carpets & couldn't get the shower to work
Location: Very convenient for visiting places around...especially from M4
Hotel is very convenient for visiting Windsor Castle, etc. Carpet in our room was very stained and needs renewal. Restaurants were expensive.

The hotel was well located, clean, modern.Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Location, clean, friendly staff.
Cons: Everything was good
Location: Visited Logo land, also Windsor also the castle.
Modern hotel, clean good location. The nose from the planes continually flying over was a problem with trying to get my young grand daughter to sleep.

Good value for the price we paidPosted May 26, 2014
Pros: It was good value for the price we paid, but very poor condition for a 4 star hotel.
Cons: Service in the bar area poor and not enough seating, the hotel looked tired and in poor repair for a 4 star facility.
Location: We went to Wentworth which was very good also Windsor castle
A visit to Windsor was very good and the location was ideal for Wentworth and the golf only eight miles away.

Nice enough, but not worth full pricePosted May 5, 2014
Got a cheap deal and the hotel was nice. Poorly stocked breakfast.

Great place to stayPosted Apr 28, 2014
Worth paying the extra £10 to upgrade room. Bathrooms a bit old fashioned. Good layout and plenty of facilities. Fabulous breakfast - wonderful choice. Fabulous Greek yogurt and lovely fresh fruit. Good fry-up but would have been nice to have mushrooms and black pudding as well. Good selection of cold meats and cheese, pastries, breads etc.

Nice hotelPosted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Size and quality of room
Good hotel. Need to book to use pool during busy periods. Need to note if parking costs are included in price paid as sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't. Noise from functions can be quite loud.

Night Before Flight OutPosted Mar 22, 2014
Pros: Location and Free Parking
Cons: Cleanliness and pillow quality
Location: V Near M4 , good for Windosor and Heathrow (if you have parking booked separately)
The hotel is good for Heathrow, 10 mins on a Monday morning and we got a good price , however , the pillows are so small it was a waste of time providing one and why no spares ? General cleanliness was poor , we stayed in an NYC hotel and it was perfect for this, why cannot Copthorne do the basics?
