Pros: Everything
Cons: mabey check pool throughout day.
Loved this motel room, very clean, and staff was very nice, and helpful. Staff went out of their way to help us in whatever we needed. Pool was a little dirty on the bottom, but nothing to bad. Overall stay was GREAT, def 3 star rated!!!!!

Pros: Breakfast.
Cons: Needs new carpet. Elevator and breakfast area too hot. Staff did not look very professional.
Location: Not much to do close by
Ok hotel in a small town. Linens scratchy. I t was ok. Maids very nice.

we booked a non smoking suit and got a smoking suit. We had 6 people in our family so changing to another suit was impossible. The staff tried everything to make our room smell good. It made everything we has smell even our luggage even smelled.

Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly, and complimentary breakfast was wonderful. It was a real blessing to have a full breakfast on site.
Cons: The heating fan needed maintenance.

I was in Smithfield for a family funeral. The hotel was conveniently close to her home and the church. I was most impressed by the warmth and efficiency of the staff. The only negative was a very noisy heater that woke me up when it came on.
