Loads of potential but quite outdated

This hotel has so much to offer - 3 pools with fantastic water slides a very cool evening activity called DIVE movie and a fantastic zip line facility right next door. The staff were all great. However the rooms are very outdated and run down. The food is mediocre.

Our condominium was a bit dated and the overall amenities were older and not high end but they were very comfortable and the location could not be beat. The hotel staff was very very pleasant and accomodating. We had everything we needed and more.

Stuck in 70's and STUCK AT SMUGGLERS

We were not informed that the 3 mile road from Smuggs to Stowe was CLOSED and that it would be an EXTRA 1 hr drive to get there AND that you were then effectively STUCK at resort (we had planned on driving to Stowe and skiing there). Rooms are horrible, dirty and have NEVER been updated. Ski lifts are the slowest and oldest I've ever met.

Poorly Organized Rsort with poor customer service

Cons: Guest Services
Guest services are horrendous, took 3 hours to check in, nobody knows what is going on, we lost a day and a half with guests services and the wrong bills
