Wonderful hotel close to Nashville

Great hotel and a great location if you are wanting to take a Nashville trip but not wanting to stay downtown. The hotel is about 15 minutes away in Smyrna, a nice exurb. Definitely would stay again. The room was very nice. Not the cheapest but definitely worth it if you are trying to save a buck by not staying in Nashville but still would like to stay in a nice hotel.

Weekend stay at Comfort Suites, Smyrna, TN

Pros: The facilities look like new, it was extremely clean, and the room was modern and roomy. The bathroom was nice with all the tile and granite.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: This hotel is in Smyrna, TN and was an easy drive to Nashville. If we ever need a hotel near Nashville, we will definitely choose this one.
The building itself was like new, and the room was perfect. The staff, although pleasant enough, seemed unprofessional. The room had 3 towel sets, and since there were 4 of us we needed an extra towel set. The front desk employee could only come up with one bath towel on each of the nights we were there. The employee at the desk on Sunday looked like he was completely bored. The only other thing I would mention is that the breakfast was not one of the best we have had. The eggs were not tasty, and the milk was literally rancid tasting on both weekend days. However, overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. We felt safe, it was quiet, and great as far as the facilities were concerned.

Pros: The breakfast and that's about it
Cons: Management needs to improve customer service and cleanness of hotel.
Location: Location was not bad and plenty of shopping within a short distance
When I arrived, there was no reservation showing for the date I arrived. I showed the clerk my confirmation email and he was still uncooperative. He told me to pay for the room and settle the dispute with Expedia later. I refused and asked to call Expedia to correct the problem. He said no problem but told me to use my own phone. After arguing about it he finally said he would take care of it once I had Expedia agent on the phone. He was rude and I will never use the hotel again. Also the hotel appeared new but there were spider webs in the room and mold and mildew in the bathroom. Not very appealing

Great hotel for the price

The hotel is renovated and very modern. The rooms were a great size and clean. The comforter had a few spots and the desk chair was damaged. Other than these two things the hotel and room was very clean. I would stay there again.

I had to change the linens on the bed. They had hair all over it! Looked as if it had not been changes from the precious people! Nasty!!!!

Very comfortable room very nice hotel. It is my 4th stay in the area, all different hotels. I highly recommend for this area.
