Also, available is a coin operated game room. The "Little Tykes" children's play area is also located indoors. All enclosed common areas and most condos are non-smoking. Auntie Pasta's restaurant and the Comedy Cellar share the Lower Level, along with 20,000 sq. ft. of conference and banquet facilities. All condos feature full kitchens and walkout balconies.
