Pros: The staff is great location is perfect to New Mexico Tech.
Its my third stay I look forward to my stay. Breakfast is a good way to start my day.

Our stay was fine. Room needed more outlets for charging. Manager was very professional but not very friendly.

The stay was wonderful. I had several several needs such as 1st floor and location and the Manager really made sure I got what I needed. Their breakfast starts at 5am which was great for those going to Bosque Del Apache for a morning viewing. The price was quite reasonable. I have stayed at several of the other hotels and I thought this place offered the best value.

We did not stay after checking in. There had to be a rating checked on room condition to submit this. We did not even go into the room so we can not say what the room condition was. We had to park in the back where there was graffity on the wall and we had a load of items we could not unload for the night. We did not believe it would be a secure location and there was not access to the room from the outside. The attendant was very rude and would not agree to refund our money. One call to Hotel.com and they took care of the problem
