The toilet hole was dirty on the side and the shower was blocked. The rest of the room was clean to a very perfect standard.
The bed was not comfortable and the pillows’ only option were too soft.
The bottles from the restaurant were emptied to the recycling bins close to our room around 23:00 which disturbed our sleep.
We had a great few days at this hotel. Staff were great and the facilities were amazing. Lovely pool aa well and dining options were great, as was the breakfast.

Great hotel just 15 minute drive into centre of Utrecht. Plenty of free parking, lovely rooms all with balconies. The meals in both the Bar and the Restaurant were excellent. The Spa, pool and gym were clean and easily accessible with pool towels provided.

I was given a room (no. 31) that is equipped for a handicapped person; in particular the bathroom. No furniture had been taken out of the shower; as if I had to take a shower while being seated on a shower chair. This should not be given to a non-handicapped person; or at least done that the shower is free of access etc.

Great stay, rooms were ideal and nice touch with individual balconies. Great facilities available at the hotel (games area and pool etc) . Very friendly staff… only minor for me was that the room was a little lacking on ‘supplies’ with only Decaf coffee available 😉

Good location, good facilities but expensive food.
The bar service was slow however breakfast service was really good. Bed was too hard (need a mattress topper) and the food was very expensive.

Entire hotel is newly refurbished to a high standard. Good size rooms with comfortable beds and all the comforts, such as fast WiFi, large screen TV, mini, mini fridge and robes/slippers. The spa and fitness area are well equipped and have long opening hours.

We had an amazing stay there.
We got 3 rooms and the were all clean and beautiful renovated
Room service and food were very good and the sauna was perfect for relaxation.
