Best Western Europe SofiaPosted Aug 15, 2011 on Hotels.com
Nice staff and convenient location. This is new hotel which is poorly maintained. Rooms are big but dirty and dusty. The fresh bananas served at breakfast were black, instead of being thrown away they were served to the guests.

Best Western Europe- hard to findPosted Mar 8, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel was very difficult to find as did not have sat nav. Arrived at 10pm and was only one pizza rest. nearby to eat. Hotel staff helpful and pleasant but there was only one duvet on bed (should have been two) and only two small towels in bathroom (no bath towels). Would not return to this hotel.

Don't stay at the weekend if you expect to sleepPosted May 12, 2007
We had a dawn flight on sunday and the hotel hosted a wedding on saturday night which went on all night! It's a small hotel, conveniently located but unfortunately we had no peace at all and no service because all the staff were taking care of the wedding guests. All in all a disaster for us and we wouldn't have paid the bill had it been the UK. We were offered no consolation and no discount. The hotel staff just had nothing to say to us. There is also a disco very nearby so the noise level is pretty high. The 'spa' is simply a dungeon in the bowels of the building. Our only consolation was a very good restaurant nearby and that the airport is a short distance away.
