“Five star hotel for the price of a two star”

Unbelievable value.

I needed to stay in Sofia overnight, before my flight to Varna. I am so glad I picked the Holiday Inn. It is by far the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at! Beautiful, clean, stylish, modern and comfortable. The room was large, the bathroom was huge, the shower was great. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The shuttle service from/to the airport was a great help (6 Euro each way). The breakfast was very good (not included in the price of the room). I wish I had had more time to spend at this wonderful hotel.

Everything was fine. I didn't like I have to give 50 euro as a deposit. It's very unpleasant - when you check out - you must wait untill from reception send somebody to check have you eaten or drunk something from the minibar...The prices are too high...

“Good hotel for city like Sofia”

In general the hotel is nice, clean, equiped, but I can not understand why the condoms are listed in the menu bar list? :-) Is there a national program of AIDS prevention in Bulgaria? Any way, I will continue to use this hotel and the advantages offered via Expidia.com Regards, Igor P.S. The staff is very good but sometimes too much polite towards guests is not good.
