Room was sparse, but huge! Beds were comfortable for me, a little hard for my companion. Great shower and breakfast, plus front desk staff were all very courteous. Location was very good for shopping/dining streets, but a bit of a walk to attractions and public transport. Only negative thing I can say is a shelf is needed in the shower. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was good, nice large room with balcony, good breakfast, staff was very friendly, hotel next to Metro. There are also some soft comfortable pillows in the cabinet. Definitely recommend this hotel to others

I especially liked one of the staff gentleman who was very very helpful and kind! The breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable. I recommend adding a "please be quiet" sign in the hallways because when guests come in at night and talk loudly, it echoes throughout the hallway.

The property is very quite and clean, I had charming cosy room with the balcony on upper floor. The staff was excellent. Tsvetan on reception desk was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Great location on quiet street but still close to all the action in Sofia. Generous and tasty breakfast buffet. Nice back terrace. Would definitely stay there again in a future visit to Sofia. Only negative was that the air conditioning could have been quieter and more effective.

Location and condition both excellent.
Friendly, polite, helpful and competent staff; both at reception and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was very good - hot and cold ample selection, with good orange juice and choices of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Room was clean and comfortable with windows that opened! Great location very close to everything, but especially to Vitosha Boulevard. Can recommend.

We very much liked the peaceful atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Also there is a great breakfast. Really recommend that place. Very close to the centre.

Short stay- good breakfast and real coffee!
Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with nice eggs and proper coffee made for you. Really makes a difference. Lovely friendly breakfast staff and reception. For the price, breakfast and location I don't think you could beat it.

Okay discount hotel
This is a decent discount hotel in a very good location, but it is very much a discount hotel with all that this implies. Beds are clean, but hard. Furniture is okay, but not great. Overall, if you want a very basic place for a cheap price, then this is it. If you want something nicer, keep looking.

Excellent location, walking distance to all major museums and other attractions. Very good value. Breakfast, although complete, does become repetitious if you stay several days. Rooms do come with individual heating/cooling systems but the bathroom radiators cannot be turned-off which makes for a very hot bathroom environment. Some staff were quite dour.

The room was nice and quiet on the top floor of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We always had a good morning/evening when passing reception. The free breakfast was great too and was constantly being replenished. we needed to find out how to get somewhere on a tram and the receptionist was very helpful and went out of hert way to assist.

Great location. A few blocks from the main pedestrian street. Rooms are small but spotless. Breakfast is modest and mainly carbs but the yogurt was out of this world. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel Niky is a lovely hotel with modern rooms, comfortable beds, and an excellent shower. We were on the 4th Floor and it was quiet. There is a lift for those that struggle with stairs. The breakfast had a good choice and was plentiful. The staff all spoke good English and were friendly. It is also very well located, a 5 minute walk from a Boulevard full of bars and restaurants. There is also an abundance of change shops were you will get a much better rate that rip off UK
