I usually stay at other properties in the area but the SOHO was closer to where I needed to be, so gave it a try. Service was excellent, room was outstanding, and breakfast great!! Coming from Canada, but bed was so amazing I slept through my jet lag. Will book again!

Great hotel in a super central location. We had a Terrace room which was just fabulous, with inspiring views over the area’s skyline. A really good and fun vibe to the hotel, bar and restaurant. Shame there aren’t simple tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, as this would have just put the icing on the cake. Lovely breakfast, though a slightly clever way of staying free of charge. In fact you get a £40 credit per night towards breakfast. Every individual item is charged, including tea or coffee. But overall an absolutely excellent hotel to stay at.

Excellent location right in the heart of Soho. Very busy surrounding area, but the hotel itself is nice and quiet. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are immaculate and good size. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely communal areas and restaurant. Travelled with 2 children (8 and 13), they loved it and were well looked after

My favorite London hotel
I love the Soho & I always try to stay there when I'm in London. The location is perfect as very central and the area is always buzzing with people yet when you get to the hotel, it's very quiet and serene. I hadn't been back in several years so wasn't sure what to expect given the changes necessitated by the past few years. It was just as lovely. Rooms are good size & my pre arrival requests were honored without issue. My only issue was I left a note asking housekeeping to "leave the towels" as it wasn't necessary to replace them every day but they did. Not a huge deal but as it was a heatwave when I was there & I was taking a morning and evening shower, I could have reused the towels. All in all, I highly recommend the Soho.

The room lighting was dark! We had to go to the toilet to read some document. The thermostat controller is really old type, control was very poor. Toilet flush needed mighty push! I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel with exceptional service. Comfortable room, well designed. Enjoyable bathtub with TV in bathroom. Full minibar with many high end options. Easily walkable to a number of key tourist areas. I cannot compliment the service enough, as they were the best part and really exceptional.

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. Amazing trendy building. The staff are soo helpful and friendly. Had a terrace room - wow So big well appointed and great views from terrace. Good fast WIFI. Food was very very good. The Refuel restaurant is a great addition to the hotel.
