I went there and wife was pregnant. At time of check in I asked to see the room and saw there is no air flow or HVAC in the room and said my wife wont be able to stay here. I didn’t checked in and asked for refund so I can stay somewhere else. Person said they will issues refund. It happened in September first week. Till now Expedia is unable to get hold the property manager. I didn’t get my money back yet. Both hotel and Expedia have shown worst service. Stay away from the hotel it is terrible. don’t get trapped with pictures. Plus dont use Expedia. I have used them for 12 years now their service is terrible as well.

Located near the old town where there’s a good choice of restaurants. A big Coop and mall next door. Girl at check-in could be a bit more welcoming (smile). Expensive parking at Chf 2/hour. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Only shower gel provided. You may want to bring your own shampoo and body lotion. Free WiFi.

AC not working. Got room downgraded, was offered free parking and free breakfast. Fine. Except parking was fully booked. And except the next morning the employee insisted on charging for breakfast. Not good.

We did have a technical issue with our reservation system on that day and were unable to provide you with the room you have booked. Please rest assured that we have solved this issue now. The parking garage has several hundred spaces, it astonishes me that there was no space left? This has never happened before. Once again I apologize that we were not able to provide you with the high standard of service we usually have and hope we will be able to welcome you back and make up for the experience of your last stay.

Comfortable with central location
We stayed here for one night. The hotel is in the middle of the new part of Olten. There is car parking facilities at a fee and good breakfast at CFR18.00 per person. The room is comfortable, small but well decorated with good design there is everything needed and it is very clean. They serve a nice Sunday brunch from 11:00am until mid afternoon. I recommend this hotel

Good business hotel slightly let down by WiFi
Nice, popular business hotel, close to the railway station and town centre but not noisy. Restaurant is good but pricey. Breakfast excellent. On the hottest day of the year so foar, either there was no aircon or the controls were too well hidden for me to find. WiFi was pretty flakey.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Our pure restaurant is 7 days a week open and we serve mediterran dishes. Next to the hotel we do have our Pavillon Restaurant, there you can eat Sushi and wok dishes. We have refurbished all our hotel rooms during January and February 2015. So all our rooms have a complety new design, boxspring beds (180x200), free WIFI and high speed internet access, rainshower, Nespresso coffee machine in the higher categorie and a lot of more comfort. Obwohl wir spontan übers Interner Gebucht hatten. Und schon ca 40min nach dem Buchen. Im Hotel Angekommen sind. War schon alles Vorbereitet. Bei Ankunft stand eine Gruppe Reisender mit 10 Personen zum Check In. Trotzdem Schaute der Junge Mann. Dass er uns nicht zu lange warten lassen musste. Auch beim Essen war das Personal sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine Frau und ich waren vor ca 3Jahren schon einmal hier. Auch spontan. Damals zu Corona Anfang. Auch da war alles top. Also macht weiter so.

The hotel is near the train station.rioms are big and very clean.service was very nice. Rooms has no air conditionning, however weather was not very hot and when we asked for a ventilator they brought us one. As we left very early they proposed to prepare for us a breakfast box and we really loved it and appreciated it. Highly recommanded if you need to stay near the station

Je suis étonnée de ne pas avoir d’air conditionné dans un 4* ni de mini frigo avec boissons… Et parking en face de l’hôtel qui n’a pas été annoncé, mais la réception a dirigé vers parking Migris payant… Eau chaude sous la douche, pas d’eau froide - sympa quand il faut 30 degrés dehors…

Schönes Hotel in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Bahnhof
Schönes individuell gestaltetes Hotel in hervorragender Lage sehr nah zum Bahnhof Olten. Nachts vollkommen ruhig, auch bei geöffnetem Fenster. Gut sortiertes Frühstücksbüfett, Highlights sind die Schweizer Rohmilchkäsearten, die zwei Sorten Lachs und die Brötchen- und Broteauswahl. Frisch gemahlene Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Kaffeevollautomat. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr guter Schlafcomfort, stylische Badezimmer. Ziemlich genial, dass sich zu beiden Seiten Einkaufszentren befinden: Coop und Migros sowie eine kleine Ladenpassage mit zwei Apotheken. Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels befindet sich ein schönes Restaurant mit Sonnenterrasse, in dem auch morgens das Frühstücksbuffet serviert wird. Vorsicht Touristenfalle in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des Arte Hotels: zwischen Hotel und Fachhochschule befindet sich ein Studentencafé mit vegetarisch hippen Gerichten in ansprechender mediterraner Einrichtung mit jugendlich frischen Servicekräften, aber zu hoffnungslos überzogenen Preisen. Noch dazu gibt es die in der Karte ausgewiesenen Beilagen zum Gericht nur, wenn der Gast sie reklamiert, und sie werden dann unkommentiert nachträglich gebracht und auf den Tisch gestellt. Da fragt man sich, ob es üblich ist, die Beilagen der Einfachheit halber "wegzulassen".

Wirklich hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service von allen Mitarbeitern - freundlich, professionell und schnell. Gute Frühstücksauswahl und auch das Essen Abends im Restaurant ist empfehlenswert und vom Preis angemessen.
