“pleasant overnight stop”

we arrived very late in the evening and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was for budget hotel very pleasant and although it may not have been as clean and well decorated as some higher rated star hotels the service and comfort more than made up for it and I would certainly not hesitate in staying again. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty. Our room was large and quiet. It is a short drive from the motorway but worth it and we would definitely recommend

Checking in was OK receptionist was helpful and pleasent. Nice big room with all you need from a hotel. Shower and bath combined with instant hot water. Attached restaurant was good value for money and fair quality. Plenty of choice for breakfast but not the largest Full English but well cooked.

Friendly, unpretentious, family-orientated pub, good service,- so, on the whole good value for money, and I would recommend it, or use it again if in the area.

“Bridge Hotel Yatton”

There was never anyone on reception you had to go to the bar for everything at breakfast on the first morning there was no hot water for tea or coffee in the restaurant and the next morning I could not have a copy of my bill as the computer system was down. This hotel is definitely understaffed resulting in very slow service and the hotel could do with a makeover it is looking very shabby
