“Howard Johnson Express Inn- Depressing”

This hotel was hard to get to, because of the lack of crossovers on the highway. There was no one at the desk at 8 pm. The room, which was supposed to be non-smoking had a heavy smell of air freshener, which still couldn't mask the stale smoky air. In sum, really depressing!

“never stay again”

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! 1ST OFF I GET THE KEY TO MY ROOM DRIVE DOWN TO ROOM OPEN THE DOOR AND PEOPLE ARE CHILLING IN THE ROOM. I GO BACK TO OFFICE AND SHE SAYS SO SO SORRY. SO NOW I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE ABOUT STAYING BECAUSE I WAS A FEMALE BY MYSELF AND I DIDNT WANT ANYBODY WALKING IN ON ME. 2ND SMELLY ROOMS..TRUE! 3RD CIG HOLES ON BED SHEETS IN NON SMOKING ROOM...TRUE!

“howard johnson”

room was not the greatest. my girlfriend was bit by something and we had to leave 1:30 in the morning. i had to walk around the grounds of the hotel to find the office manager and he was of no help with my issue.

“Good deal”

Did the trick for us. We wanted to rest during a recent road trip without breaking the bank. Furniture has signs of "some wear and tear" but was clean, and had the basic. Fridge and microwave in the room, fast and easy check in. Location is good and there is so many food options around, many open 24 h.

“not impressed.”

Booked for two queen size beds and got king size bed. Said only that one was available although we booked in advanced via this site. Also, the bedsheed has hole from cigerattes(it was supposed to be non smoking) room. Repeating request did not results in change of room.

“Poor condition and non-functional appliances”

I stayed there for 3 days. First of all they only had my reservation for 1 day. I had to call Expedia 3 times and be on hold for 20-30 mins each time to get it fixed. The tub and sink clogged the water + the bed mattress had a hole in it. Microwave, refrigerator and iron were not working. Overall not a place where you want to stay if you care about the above things.

“This place is really not bad”

this place was really not bad. i was supprise when i walked in the room and found everything was clean and nice, i like it. i will go again if i have to. the price was good. room smells nice, bathroom was clean. Just right .
