Pros: the warm friendly atmoshere from start to finish warm hugs when we were leaving was very sorry we had to go home
Cons: the only thing we missed was having a clock in the room.
Location: there were more than one place to visit close by . our hosts gave us some free ticket to see the sand sculptures. there was a sea life centre there.
pleasant, enjoyable, friendly clean we have never stayed in a guest house that has everything we wanted untill now. they took the bags up to our room made us drinks when we arrived, showed us our room which was lovely good beds plenty of room for all our things to be put away. they drove us into weston on the eveninf for us to walk round and have an evening meal as they only do breakfast then picked us up again all for a fraction of the cost of a taxi.we were offered the use of the hot tub. there were dressing gowns in our room to use. the bathroom although not on suite were right next door was immaculate with bright lighting a bath and corner shower breakfast was good a choice of cereal cooked breakfast and toast plenty of tea or coffee.

Great place, great people!!Posted Sep 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
This guest house is one of the best my husband and I have been to! We like to follow our local football club and sometimes the location is more than a few miles away when they are playing away, so we like to book a room somewhere. We forund the Spencer Guest House on the internet and as it had a reasonable rate we decided to book it. We were not dissappointed!! Kate kept in touch with us by text on the day to make sure they would be there when we arrived. Spence and Kate made us feel at home staright away when we arrived, friendly and easy to talk to people, we instantly relaxed. After a well needed cup of tea, Kate showed my husband and I to our room, it was imaculate, very pretty and clean and I must say very comfortable too. There was more than enough hanging space for our clothes and there were dressing gowns provided too!! The next morning at the breakfast table, there was more than enough to choose from, there were cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices and of course the great british breakfast!! All very fresh and tasty. Nothing is too much trouble for this couple, I can recommend this guest house very highly. Thank you.

Excellent, peaceful and friendly.Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean, friendly.
We stayed for two nights in August and had a really comfortable time. It is so good to have secured, off road parking and to be out of the bustle of the town centre. Kate and Spence are perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were very good and the room clean, comfortable and modern. Highly recommended.

Excellent HostsPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The English Breakfast was well cooked with quality ingredients. The stay represented excellent value for money.
Cons: Individual toiletries in the ensuite would be welcomed.
Location: Spencer Guest House is well located for the attractions of the North Somerset Coast as well as such places as Cheddar and Bath.
We had a warm welcome from Kate and Spence. Nothing was too much trouble, from the welcoming cup of tea on arrival to Spence carrying the bags to our room for us. The room was well appointed and clean and freshly decorated.

Überdurchschnittlich gutes B&B, sehr familiärPosted Aug 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
