Hotel, staff, and amenities were nice. Good breakfast. But my room as well as the hallway smelled like smoke, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

Pros: Breakfast was ample and just what you expect from this chain.
Cons: Get rid of that coffee company.
Location: Restaurant 99 within walking distance across the parking lot. Otherwise, home depot nearby and Christmas Tree Shop.
Close to I93, we were on the first floor and it was quiet. Bed was king size and mostly comfortable. In room coffee was terrible. Offered two coffee pods and only one cup. Great water pressure and water quickly hot.

Fire Exit

Pros: Lady front staff is polite but when it comes to the Man front staff the attitude is not that great.
Location: Location is good as its near a shopping mall
The room I am allocated is next to a fire exit and this fire exit is used by the house keeping to access to the dump truck which mess up the carpet in the walkway. House keeping did not bother to vacuum the carpet properly.

Too many options in the area to stay at this hotel

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Redo the hotel. Correct your internal process with room cleaning. It obviously needs improvement.
Location: 15-20 minutes from the airport. A chain restaurant right in front of the hotel. Dont recall the name but it wasnt very good.
Took 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us. Called several times and was told it will be there shortly. The first room they put us in, the door was open when we got there and it smelled horrible in the room. Requested another and was given one that was not cleaned. Went down to the lobby again and was given a 3rd room but the staff wanted to check it first. They gave another room instead of the one they checked. The place is worn down and the rooms reflects it. The shuttle only leave every hour to the airport. Having stayed in many airport hotels this was about as bad as it gets.

Room was cancelled on me!

Pros: My stay on Thursday night was fine. My problem is that they sold out my room from under me and left me high and dry.
Although I had confirmed in person on the previous Thursday night, my reservation for Saturday evening was cancelled with out my knowing it, so when I arrived to check in there was not a room. Nor was there any hotel in the area that had available rooms due to the Red Sox/Yankees game. It left us sleeping on the floor of my neice's apartment! I am still angry and manager did not call me back nor was anyone apologetic. Tried to blame me for not confirming, but I had!!!

The room was a little musty and had a faint smell of smoke. The kids would have preferred a hotel with a pool but the daily breakfast and shuttle service was great and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out couch. Unfortunately, there was a very weird odor coming from under the sink in the washroom area.

It was ok. The room was very clean also the bathroom. The only disappointing was the phone in the bedroom wasn't working and they never got to it to fix it. Upon my arrival the front desk lady was not very friendly but the rest of the stay the staff were nice.
