Good apartment - fantastic view
well appointed apartment. Good facilities - good size - and a fantastic view over the sea. Staff very helpful - particularly Blaze (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside is that bedding and towels attract an extra change - it's within the detail of the Hotel listing so important that you read fully and consider taking your own if appropriate.

Booked SEAVIEW, that was on the booking but they refused saying that they would not give seaview for that price and anyway they were all occupied. Hadn't the energy to put up a big fight. Hotels.commay like to take note.

Affordable accommodation in a pretty part of Franc
Full review on Tripadvisor. No kettle, extractor fans in loo and bathroom not working so they got smelly. You need to either clean the apartment at the end of your stay or pay extra. Bedding costs extra but they supply pillows (large and square so standard pillowcases won't fit) and blankets. No tea towels or cleaning products, sponges etc. if you want to watch the (French) TV, you need to hire a remote. Located next door to a casino but the double glazing kept out the worst of the noise. Parking on the street is free, but difficult to find space on a sunny weekend. Pay the extra and request sea views.

The accommodation was 'tired'. If you are going you will need to pay for bed linen, which we do not recall being advised. Also you have to clean the appartment yourself on departure, otherwise pay a fee on arrival. Plus there was no real hanging space for clothes. On the up side, it is a very quite location, and there was none of this feeding a meter for electric! Not sure why it had such a high score when we were looking 5 seems way over the top.

We had an enjoyable stay but would have appreciated being warned to bring sheets. The unexpected hire cost for our 3 night stay threw our spending budget out and meant we could not afford a meal out. All it would have taken was a note to say that bedding was not included in cost of stay.

Madame Vacances in Cayeux-cheap but good
Even the smallest unit (studio) gives much more accommodation than many hotel rooms, is much cheaper, more flexible and apparently well sound-proofed. The kitchenette is fine for simple cooking and the local shops reasonable. A room on the sea view side and eating on its balcony is a very nice experience. Street parking seems safe and easily available though the high season may be worse. Beach looks OK and is very convenient. Cayeux is quiet but there are plenty of things/places to visit without too much driving.

Cayeux was great !
The apartment was fine, well worth paying the small extra charge for the sea view. We saw the larger apartments in the same complex and were very impressed. The receptionist was very helpful. We will be very likely to use the same chain again, even going back to the same resort would be great! No complaints other than the fitness suite was closed.

Das Personal war wie immer total freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Eine Schadensmeldung wurde innerhalb von 15 Minuten behoben. Kommen bereits im Mai wieder, wie schon seit Jahten.

Très bon séjour les enfants étaient ravis.très bon emplacement face à la mer. Piscine un peut petite mais fais le job. Mobilier un peut ancien à renouveler dans l’appartement.

Hébergement vieillissant qui ne mérite pas les 3 etoiles. Peinture écaillée, balcon avec salissures d'oiseaux, matelas dimension non standard et plus grand que le sommier. Mobilier non adapté et ancien. Petit électroménager bas de gamme et défaillant. Piscine et salle de sports ne donnent pas envie d'y aller. Manque d'entretien dans son ensemble

L’accueil et le personnel sont top aimables et très professionnels. L’établissement et le logement sont très propre. L’emplacement est parfait pour se détendre et profiter en famille. Je recommande fortement cette résidence.

bâtiment bien exposé mais appartement en rez de chaussée avec balcon donnant sur le parking arrière sans aucune vue. Très décevant car nous n'avons pas été prévenu de ce désagrément avant notre arrivée et impossible de changer.

Points positifs: personnel très accueillant, aussi bien à la réception, mais aussi les femmes de ménage Points négatifs: propreté extérieur de l'établissement, propreté intérieur de l'établissement, moquette du 3ème étage sale. Local fitness, appareils dégradés, piscine manque d'entretien Abus sur certaines prestations, internet, télévision, draps pour le prix payer pour notre séjour, je trouve cela exagérer. Ce type d hébergement ne devrait pas être proposé sur le site d hôtel: demande de caution, état des lieux, prévoir draps et serviettes. Le parking est dispo si on arrive les premiers. Baignoire/douche très peu pratique. Les atouts restent le très bon accueil et l emplacement.

Résidence qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenue
Emplacement idéal, face à la mer et à deux pas des commerces. L'appartement que nous avions loué (2 chambres + cabine) est spacieux et fonctionnel. Superbe vue sur la mer depuis le grand balcon et depuis les deux chambres. Literie confortable. Cuisine bien équipée et en parfait état, hormis les murs et la bouche de VMC sales. Immeuble d'une construction de piètre qualité (fissures, y compris sur les doublages intérieurs) et dont l'entretien est très négligé, ce qui se traduit par un mauvais état général. Entretien et nettoyage négligés dans les parties communes des étages (énormes taches sur les moquettes, état des murs) Appartement mal entretenu : murs sales (un lessivage complet est indispensable + peinture) , les quelques réparations effectuées dans l'appartement ont été bâclées (retouches de peinture blanche sur des murs sales). L'état d'une partie du mobilier et des huisseries laisse à désirer. Horaires très restreints d'ouverture de la piscine. Cette dernière n'est pas non plus entretenue comme elle le mériterait : parois latérales sales, vitres non nettoyées. De plus la cabine et les toilettes ne peuvent plus se verrouiller... WiFi et tv en option à des tarifs dissuasifs. Cette résidence a de réels atouts mais le laisser aller dans la maintenance des appartements et parties communes gâche quelque peu le séjour. La direction de la résidence semble sourde aux commentaires récurrents des clients à ce sujet. Dommage. Il est bon d'en être averti avant de réserver.

j'ai passé 1 mois très agréable dans cet établissement.vue imprenable depuis les appartements coté mer.par contre cet établissement est un peu vétuste les appartements auraient besoin d'un bon coup de rajeunissement,ainsi que les couloirs.

Tout était parfait à part la literie . Il y avait 2 matelas neufs mais le sommier n était prévu pour donc les sommiers s écartaient et cela faisait un trou pas agréable . Mais autrement les séjours était super

Conforme au descriptif Le point négatif du logement = baignoire avec douchette 🚿 . La douche devait être prise à genou... pas possibilité de remplir la baignoire 🛁... il serait agréable que la sdb soit plutôt équipée d'une cabine de douche

Séjour en famille très bon point de chute.
Arrivé tardive du coup prise en charge en solo les recommandations d avant était a la hauteur personnel professionnel avenant et disponible.seul bémol studio a éviter si vous vous attendez a une vrai chambre. Trop petite personne clostrophobe s abstenir.
