When it comes to getting the best bang for your buck from your time here, it's worth remembering that Song Cau is just the tip of the iceberg; Phu Yen has been blessed with a treasure-trove of natural and man-made attractions. Quy Nhon, is 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the south, and Queen Beach is located 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the south.
Rent a vehicle and head out to Quy Nhon, a shopping and transport center for the region, situated about 20 miles (32 kilometers) away from Song Cau. This bigger city offers plenty of attractions, such as Qui Nhon Stadium, Emperor Quang Trung Monument and Quang Trung Museum. Long Khanh Pagoda, Thap Doi Cham Towers and Duong Long Tower are just a few of the other interesting visitor attractions in Quy Nhon.
Cross the cultural divide by pulling out a handful of basic Vietnamese phrases. "Không có gì" is a good example. It means "You're welcome" "Where are you from?" is also useful, so practice saying "Ông từ đâu đến?"
