“Not the best for the money”
Well when we arrived found out they were doing some construction right outside are door. They were using some really smelly glue and it stunk the room up. We would have stayed and dealt with the construction but it was too far from the wedding we attended so we just didn't return for the second night.
“Poor customer service”
Hotel staff was rude and not helpful.
“Not impressed”
The room was smelly for a non smoking room and stuffy. The bed covering was worn and should be replaced. The breakfast was weak and without many choices. The location accross from Starbucks and the freeway was the best thing about the hotel's location.
“Won't go back”
The shower had a very large 'ring around the tub' which was greasy. Their continental breakfast left much to be desired. No fresh fruit, 45 minutes late in serving. Staff was not friendly at all. Lots of traffic noise from the freeway.
“No frills - but a decent night's stay”
Basic room - no frills breakfast but the room was clean, the shower worked well and the bed was fine (my basic requirements for one nights on the road).
“wine tour”
Staff were courteous and friendly, everything as advertised
“A unexpensive luxery for short term stay!”
the service there was great, very friendly plus free internet and a continental breakfast, I thought that was great!
““Cozy, Clean, Comfortable””
I booked the room through Expedia.com without any research. I stayed one night as i have to visit to my relatives in Santa rosa. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Lovely owners (I assume they're the owners) were Cheerful and efficient in getting me in and squaring me away about how to work the WI-FI. The room was quite large, and spacious . Comfortable beds, Wireless Internet Access and fridge - all added up to a great stay. Hotel was in a decent location and right next to starbucks. This hotel met my expectations.we will go to this hotel again.
““Wow, very very comfortable.””
I only stayed one night but this hotel was perfect for me. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. I had a Standard Room with Queen Bed which was massive and so comfortable. The bathroom had shower with modern sink and toilet . The cozy lobby was decorated with inviting leather sofas and has a comfortable kitchen. Breakfast was delicious served with a selection of cereal, bagels, fruits, juices, coffee and tea. This Hotel was what you would expect to see in a top 5 star hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
“Should have stayed at a motel 6”
This hotel was horrible. A motel 6 would have been nicer and cheaper. A booked a queen bed and got a full. The remote control for the TV was missing the piece on the back that holds in the batteries, so they used a pink hair tie and wrapped it around it. There is no pool that I could see, there isn't really a good sign marking where the hotel is, the two signs I saw looked like the size of a drive thru McDonalds sign. The hotel is behind a drive-thru Starbucks, and there were cops constantly sitting out side in their cars watching the place. The first night there were 4 cops and 2 sheriff, though I should feel safe about this, but the whole place just felt really sketchy. For the price I paid, I expected more. This place felt like a sleezy hotel that you would see in movies. Welcome to Santa Rosa...
