Changed their rates!!!

Posted Apr 14, 2014
During check in and check out the staff was incredibly rude! They raised the rates and charged more than what I booked them for on Expedia.

Ok if you're looking for something cheap.

We didn't have a bad experience, the hotel just wasn't great. On par with a Motel 6. Not very good linens or blankets (I really didn't even want to touch the top blanket because I don't know how often they wash those) and the breakfast was old muffins, cereal, and coffee out if a gas station style machine. I wouldn't stay there again unless I didn't have enough money to stay someplace better in which case the Motel 6 is cheaper and probably about the same.

Not Bad for THE BUCK!

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Quiet... Everything you need is nearby!
Cons: Air draft coming though the door.
Location: Santa Rosa where stores & restaurants are nearby.
Will stay there again, its peaceful and stores are nearby!

Well kept and picture perfect!

Cons: Your signage could be a little larger and more visible amidst a shroud of trees. Illuminating it for night travelers would also be a welcome sight.
Little touches like a multi-strip outlet, fridge and microwave oven helped to make our stay so very convenient and comfortable. After staying at nearly half a dozen hotels in the past few months, America's Best Value hotel/motel has earned its rank as one of our new favorite and preferred places to rest our weary selves. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Nice and convenient location

Reasonable place to stay in Santa Rosa, clean and comfortable stay. Especially there is a wonderful coffee machine at continental breakfast, I enjoyed Cafe Latte every morning.

Good room for the price.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a decent room for a good price.. You get more than you pay for. I would stay there again next time I need to stay over in Santa Rosa.

Un welcomed vistiors.

Pros: Bed size was good. Bedding was clean and neat. Decor wasn't outdated.
Cons: Remove some of the furniture in the room. Too many table, chairs and surfaces for such a small space and I stayed in the largest room they had!
Location: Location was right off the highway. Really good chocolate shop near by.
Some idiots walked around the total halls all night long rambling and talking loud. Also People knocked on the door at 1am wanted to be let in.

Convenient for what we needed.

Posted Jan 14, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: continental breakfast
More choices for the continental breakfast would be appreciated. Otherwise, hotel stay was OK.
