Location was close to my contract job location.Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: My 1st week, I like the large room that I had. I like being close to the ice machine and cafe. My 2nd week. different room. smaller.
Cons: The parking can been improved. Customer should be allowed to parked in front of their assigned room. You need to add Comcast Sport Network (CSN).
Location: Best Western Garden Inn, Denny's, Subway, Costco, McDonald, Les Schwab Tires, etc.
This Best Western Garden Inn Santa Rosa, needs to add a sport package to see the S.F. Giants games and the Oakland A's. The Direct TV does not have it listed. Bath room lights over sink need to be brighter. I prefer the large shower stall.

basic clean hotel, close to on-ramp and off-ramp.Posted Mar 21, 2014
Pros: Bedspread is cheerful. Convenient location.
Cons: Friendlier staff maybe. One receptionist wasn't very helpful even to other customers in answering questions.
Location: Close to freeway, but not to restaurants.
Hotel was clean. Price is a bit high for what it is. Bed was comfortable, but the zippered pillows not a good idea. I was scratched by a sharp broken zipper pull through the pillow case. I told the front desk and gave her the pillow, it was replaced by another, but no compensation.

Comfort and Sleep not so pleasant.Posted Mar 20, 2014
I stayed in room 107 and at 5:00 am the washer and driers next door woke me up with all the nosie they were making. I guess room 108 was being used as a roomm for staff members.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean but the layout and building appearance was little depressing.

Above averagePosted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Bed. Quiet room. Price
Location: Not much nearby, but close enough to downtown Santa Rosa and the Schulz museum
Above average hotel in a not-so-great area. A little removed from everything in an industrial commercial part of Santa Rosa. Good, comfortable beds. Surprisingly quiet rooms. Good staff. Nothing fancy but it did the job at a good price

hotel fine ,neighborhood not so muchPosted Feb 17, 2014
Nothing noteworthy here , either good or bad., hotel seemed pretty clean, everything worked well and carpet was new or extremely clean They gave us an unprepared room on arrival, and we had to wait 20 minutes to check in , but the maid preparing our second room was fast , cheerful, efficient and did a great job.. Neighborhood is not the greatest, and that fact that no breakfast is included in this class of hotel in unusual and disappointing. Internet is free and performed well generally, but did suffer some periods of significant slowdown, almost to a full stop in the evening, and did not recover.
