Poor sound isolation, noisy.

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Spacious and clean.
Bad: I had a bad experience of losing sleep at this hotel - I was waked up by the noise of people walking from upstair room at 2AM. There is very little sound isolation between the first and 2nd floor. Although I cautiously requested to change room to upper level, I was told by front desk that their rooms were all sold out. My feeling is that this hotel has 3 star price, but 1.5 star experience.

Relaxing Garden oasis

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: The sliding door out to a relaxing garden area
Cons: The angle of the bed was awkward it made it hard to watch TV in bed. Also the pillows were too small. I like a king bed with king pillows.
Location: Its a great place to stay to enjoy a wine tour, canoeing on Russian River The town of Santa Rosa is close with lots of shops and restaurants.
The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden or around the pool after a day of activity or site seeing.

Typical Best Western

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The new heated pool is nice. Our room was right at the pool which helped.
Cons: Room decor needs updating.
Location: it is close to the freeway. Basically everything is pretty close in Santa Rosa. The cafe on the property is very very basic.
Typical Best Western. Overpriced for what you get. It was a little dated but all and all ok. Nothing special.

Nice hotel convenient to Freeway exit.

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Location & cleanliness. Coffee, microwave & refrigerator were excellent.
Cons: See above.
Location: I was attending a business meeting in Rohnert Park & did not have time to see local attractions.
For Costco members, there is a store with gas station off the same street.Armchair was not near a light to read with. Clock radio worked in alarm mode, but could not receive any stations.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Convenient for my purposes
Cons: Alarm clock didn't work properly. Coffee looked like tea after brewed.
Very nice staff that were very helpful. Room was clean. Alarm/clock didn't work very well. Overall though a good value.

Short but Comfortable

Posted Jul 16, 2014
We stayed for only one night but the staff was friendly and the room was very nice. The room was spacious, it was a quiet area and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was there was nowhere to get water since the only vending machine was broken.

Pros: Charm
Cons: Bed

Nice place, I enjoyed old school charm. TV was better than expected, nice flat screen. Bed not very comfortable.
