“I'd stay again in a heartbeat!”

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and included a little "kitchenette" with a fridge & microwave. We stayed there and drove to Calistoga/Napa etc for the vineyards & tours. It wasn't too long of a drive & got to see some beautiful scenery along the way. We will stay there again when we do Napa again! :)

“Pleasantly Surprised”

The risk of being stuck somewhere so dirty and uncomfortable that it just ruins your whole day, always makes me nervous when I book an economy hotel. This little hotel was everything I hoped it would be. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, furnished with everything I could have required, including fridge, microwave, iron, sewing kit, coffee etc. The folks that worked there were friendly and helpful. My wife and I felt cosy and right at home there. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

“Decent night's stay”

Not a fancy hotel by any stretch, but a clean, well-maintained facility. The rear, garden/pool area is very nice, and we appreciated the landscaping, especially the flowers lining the parking area, making that a little nicer. Just two minutes outside of downtown, Luther Burbank House & Gardens, etc.

“Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time”

I had an excellent visit at Best Western in Santa Rosa, CA. I will definitley recommend that hotel to anyone who is going out that way.

This was our starting point for a week in wine coutry and it was very nice. It was a good location near 101 and the room was very clean.

Very, very nice. Huge step above most motor inns. Exceptional decore, cleanliness impeccable. Staff helpful. Bed was NOT good for back, however.

“Clean, quiet, comfortable stay”

In town for business and this hotel was conveniently located with nice reviews. So, I tried it and was very satisfied. Stayed in a queen room which were set away from main building and felt like little cottages. The rooms are spacious and quiet. With Internet access I was able to get work done even in my room and relax when done. Close to downtown and many restaurants and/or shopping centers. The staff was pleasant and helpful. For the price, this hotel was excellent.

“Great motel in Santa Rosa”

Wonderful value for the great price we paid via Expedia. A lovely motel, a heated swimming pool that is nicely heated to a delightful temperature, lovely furnishings in room 154, centrally located in a good neighborhood, convenient room arrangement that was very comfortable for 3 adults. Too bad the coffee was atrocious but the little cafe on the premises more than made up for it with great food at amazingly low prices.Though a tad slow, service was friendly by the lone server on duty. High recommendations for this motel.

“Another Great Stay”

We return to the Best Western Garden Inn again and again when we stay overnight in Santa Rosa--a two and a half hour drive from our home in Fort Bragg (Mendocino coast). It is centrally located. The price can't be beat. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We especially like being in the one-story rooms near the "back" swimming pool where we can step out of our room and swim in the pool or just sit in the wonderful garden ambience. This place is a restful place in the center of what is becoming a big tourist attraction--the wine country and all. It is quiet and family friendly. Coffee in-room in the morning, reasonable cafe for breakfast if you want. What more could any travelers want?
