“Bodega Bay's Best Price, Value and Location.”

The staff, the room, the views, the evening wine and cheese, the exercise area, the fireplace, etc was perfect. OK, we did have a flickering lightbulb on one nightstand, but even that was replaced while we had a free glass of wine in the Lobby in front of the nice real wood fireplace. My wife loved the relaxing atmosphere, I loved the top of the line fitness equipment (really quiet and well made). The dry spa was nice with a bowl and laddle for increasing the humidity if desired. The jacuzzi was very pleasant with a great view without the obnoxious hard blowing bubbles. Just a nice gentle current. OK, so I sound like I work for them. Sorry, we just had a great stay and thuoght others might like to also.

This hotel was the perfect foil to the hot weather in the valley! They upgraded my room upon check-in and couldn't have been more attentive to my needs. While we were enjoying a glass of wine on the deck we asked a passing employee --with arms full of presto logs-- if we could have more logs, too. He delivered the logs 2 minutes later and we were able to continue to enjoy the warm glow of the fire all night.

“Relaxing spa experience”

Overall the room was great and the spa services were fantastic. The hotel was experiencing some issues with their key card system while I was there, however, which meant having to get new key cards twice. While annoying, I doubt that this is a regular ocurrence and it would not disuade me from returning.

Wonderful relaxing place. The staff was extremely polite and informative. we learned more about lovely Sonoma County just by talking to them than any other source could possibly supply.

Beautiful location -- every room has a full view of the dunes and ocean. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent food at The Duck Club. Particularly enjoyed the food and wine pairing option. In-room massage. Good location to explore wine country and the coast. Would definitely go back.

As soon as I came to the hotel I knew I made the right decision. The room was big, with a great view of the harbor and bay. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the free coffee in the lobby was very hot. Front desk clerks very friendly. Workout room very clean and machines all in working order with great view. Pool heated and jacuzzi all working. Room service quick. Pizza was hot and delicious. Also I liked the big flat screen TV and IPOD hookup stereo that came with the room.

What could be better in Summer than a cool ocean breeze, a bit of fog, privacy, a great water view, wildlife and excellent food? Our idea of "camping out."

Staff was excellent. Free wine & cheese hour 5:-6: with luscious berries and sourdough bread Excellent breakfast at the Duck Club Restaurant Staff upgraded us to a Bodega Bay Room which had a view you couldn't beat-very comfortable beds, well decorated, fireplace, heated pool, spa and sauna with views of the ocean and Doran Beach. Short walk from the hotel to Doran Beach (simply beautiful)

We had such a relaxing time at the lodge. The room was clean, decorated with great taste, high-end features & fixtures, and a beautiful view of the gardens and ocean in the distance. I would love to go back to visit again!
