Rude awakening every morningPosted Nov 25, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable rooms except during the hours of 7-8am.
Cons: Don't let the workers outside start until at least 8 or 9am.
Location: Great central location for wine tasting and dining.
I couldn't be happier about the staff and overall experience, except for when we try to sleep past 7am. A large tree next to the B&B happened to go down due to the recent heavy winds. Both mornings (Saturday and Sunday) workers started at 7am using loud power equipment for cutting and processing the wood. All the work was being done right outside our window, so it was impossible to sleep. This was the most tired I've ever felt during a B&B stay. I think the B&B staff could have arranged for the workers to start a little later because it had a huge impact on the overall experience. Breakfast tasted good, but I didn't feel well afterwards both times. It could be that I'm just more sensitive than most. My wife felt fine after both breakfasts.

Excellent B&B!Posted Oct 29, 2013
Cons: Earlier breakfast
Location: Location was great. Shopping and restaurants within waking distance.
We went to Sonoma to celebrate my birthday. What an awesome place to stay. Darla and Angela made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Also make sure you take advantage of the complimentary wine tasting card that is good at 30 of the vineyards. Our only regret was that we did not have more time to spend in Sonoma.

Pleasant surprisePosted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: Breakfast! Very friendly staff.
Cons: Very limited cable TV channels. Also, wifi was weak and didn't work in all rooms.
Although we have stayed in the area at numerous B&B, this was our first experience here. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and always available. They really put a lot of effort into their breakfasts, which were terrific.

Sonoma B&BPosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: Close to many wineries and downtown plaza.
Cons: The only thing I feel they could improve on is breakfast.
Location: Wineries are close by.
Nice B&B, our room was on the main floor in the front of the house. Nice big room. The road noise didn't bother us at all. Darla was so nice, we loved talking to her.

A great wine country B&B. Don't bother with the breakfast. The coffee was weak as dish water and the orange syrup for the pancakes was tasteless and weird.

Great ChoicePosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed for one week and used the B&B as home base for touring the area. Great central location, for Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, Oakland, Bodega Bay, etc. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Hosts were very helpful and informative. PS-the complementary wine tasting flyer really came in handy. Would definitely stay again.

Nice B&B, too close to heavy traffic noise.Posted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: Quaint! Nice people.
Cons: Sound proofing the rooms.
Location: Taste wine, cave tours, and 5th St. Playhouse in Santa Rosa. Forget the Sonoma Cheeze Factory, it is over rated.
Nice place inside, hot tub not much use. Our room was in front and very noisy with traffic noise at night. Breakfast was cool the first morningt as we came down late and was fabulous the second morning where we came down when they started serving. Gave us a booklet with about 30 places for free wine tastings from B&B Association.

Cute and quaintPosted Sep 1, 2013
My boyfriend and I went up for a quick overnight stay in sonoma to do some wine tasting. We absolutely loved this little place. The staff was wondeful and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. It was nice because you got to meet new people over breakfast since you all sit together. You are a little to far to walk to sonoma square but it's only either a 3 minute drive or $7 taxi with tip. Totally worth it, this place is amazing.
