“Very Nice!!!”
Great Staff!!!!
“Had a great time in Santa Rosa.”
Liked the Flamingo's 1950s vibe. Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were a very comfortable size. Bath was also larger than in most hotels.
“above average”
great location,food ok,not great.great pool.
“Great Pool for Kids!”
We love the Sonoma area and were very pleased with this hotel. We spent most of our long weekend lounging at the pool and jaccuzi. i have 2 small children and we prefer 2 room suites. This hotel worked really well for us and we will go back. Sunday morning brunch was awesome.
“I'd stay again”
I've stayed here a few times and would stay again, even though there are a few things that are so blatently wrong, you would think they would have cleared the problems by now.... They seem way more interested in advertising their positives, than correcting negative issues.
“Customer service is an inconvenience to the Flamingo”
Every employee I encountered during my stay seemed inconvenienced by the fact I was there - from the front desk to the cleaner to the restaurant/bar staff. I've heard colleagues say the same thing - especially regarding front desk. They have tried to modernize the rooms but the 1970s isn't far under the veneer I really would not recommend - try the Fountaingrove instead
“sonoma hotel”
This was a very comfortable hotel for the price. The layout of the overall hotel and room was slightly different and appreciated. I enjoy swimming. The large pool at the center of the landscaped core was a pleasure - a very relaxing place to stay. With updates to the room carpet (a little worn) I would have given this a 5. I really liked the full wall windows. It gave the room a very airy feel. We did not use the on site restaurants.
“Nice basic hotel”
Certainly did not expect to be charged for internet access...seemed a bit cheap given the cost of the hotel room itself per night.
“Will stay again”
I was very content witht the hotel and ammenities. Although I did not stay long, I enjoyed it while I was there.
“Good place for a long stay”
Very nice hotel. We stayed there just for one night but it definitely makes sense to come for a longer time since this type of resort is offering many activities onsite. The only weak point is very soft beds but it is kind of usual between hotels of this level. Otherwise, everything was just as needed.
