Nice hotel close to Wells Fargo Center

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: Excellent customer service.
We were looking for an overnight stay near the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts (late night concert), this is the right place. Excellent customer service from check in, in the lounge, in the restaurant and the next day when checking out. Will easily stay here again.

Nice quiet hotel near 101

Posted Apr 4, 2015
The hotel was a little closer to the freeway than I expected, but we stayed on the first floor and thanks to the pretty hedge around the building, it was very quiet. Great breakfast -- eggs Florentine was my choice.

Ok...

It's a nice place. I wouldn't stay there again. It just wasn't comfortable and there are different colors everywhere.

Good night stay in Santa Rosa

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Convenient to the Wells Fargo Center where we had show tickets that evening and a large room for the money.
Cons: The hotel was fine. The only issue that I saw was a free wine tasting for the guests but the bartender failed to show-up to work.
Location: Wells Fargo Center. Charles Schultz (Peanuts fame) museum and Snoopy's Home Ice skating rink. Shopping, food, etc., nearby.
The hotel exterior didn't look like much but the room was recently renovated and the buildings were clean and the staff was friendly.

Pros: It felt and was clean, this is a big deal to me and they have the best pillows of any hotel I have been to in a long time
Location: Close to the freeway, not an easy access of the road, you have to take a u-turn to get into the hotel
Good experience. Did not see any bellman though. The staff was professional and very helpful and pleasant

Met my expectations. Stayed one night with husband and two kids. Excellent bathroom. Beds too soft. Room clean and well organized. Staff pleasant and efficient enough.

One night stay for a conference

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Modern, comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. It has all the ameneties you'd expect from one of the major chain hotels & a unique and stylish flair.
Cons: The only suggestion I have is to improve the lighting situation in first floor rooms. The room seemed a bit dark.
I arrived late for a one-night stay and left early in the morning. My short time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. Any cons, are entirely minor.

One of the better hotels in Santa Rosa

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Understated elegance.
Cons: Vehicular ingress and egress not the easiest to figure out until after you have done it once or twice.
Location: Close to local attractions. Good base for wineries.
Always our favorite hotel when visiting Santa Rosa.
