Very nice hotel, would stay here again. Best night sleep. Great beds! Only thing missing was an in room fridge.

Started construction in the room next door at 8am! No heads up about the construction and no help stopping it. Even after 4 calls, including another one to the manager it never stopped. They repeatedly said they would take care of it and get it to stop. It never did, it got worse.

Pros: Pool & gym facilities.
Cons: Free WIFI in all rooms.
Great hotel and facilities. The only issue was that there was no free WIFI available in your room. This was the only hotel, out of six, that we stayed in that that did not offer this facility.

For the same price I could've stayed in a bigger room at fountain grove. There was no frig. No microwave. Almost 20 dollars for a cold breakfast buffet not worth it.

Nice hotel

Pros: Pool is really nice. Also they had complimentary wine tasting with snacks - nice!
Cons: bar at the pool would be nice. also there's no fridge in rooms, but vending machine is available in hall.
Location: many golf courses, wineries - lynmar is great. Close to Santa Rosa.
Nice hotel close to Sonoma wineries and Russian River beaches.

Great pool, nice beds

Hotel was nice with comfortable beds. Nice outdoor space and pool. Pool and room bathroom could have been cleaned better. Overall good hotel and location. Breakfast was excellent.

Not a good value for the money.

Pros: Good access from freeway, pleasant hotel layout, nice pool.
Cons: Horrible internet access (unless you want to spend extra), slow housekeeping staff, unresponsive attitude from front desk staff.
Location: In the heart of the wine country. Many wineries and quaint little towns a short drive away.
The hotel is pretty clean, but I was very disappointed by the level of customer service in many ways. First, why would a nice place like this have such poor wifi access? It's very frustrating to try to access the internet with their horrible system. Second, on one of our days there, we left our room in the morning and returned in mid-afternoon, only to find that the room had not been touched by housekeeping. We called the front desk, and they said they would address the problem. ONE HOUR LATER, someone came by to see how we were doing. That wait is unacceptable to me. There was a prevailing attitude of snootiness at the front desk. We have stayed at less expensive hotels in the area, and have received much better customer service than at this property. I will not be coming back to this hotel. I feel it is a poor value for my money.

Inconsistent and Disappointing for a Hilton

Pros: The pool and friendly staff.
Cons: Attention to detail. They need to step it up in all areas.
The staff was very friendly. However, the room had clearly not been vacuumed when we checked in. After the room was cleaned the second day, the Fruit Loops from the previous guest were still on the floor. Made me worry about the cleanliness of everything. There was no hot shower water by 11 am. We had a pool view room and the pool is very nice. However, the absence of the sheers (the rod was there but no curtain) meant that we had to use the blackout curtain most of the time or be viewable to guests at the pool. Made the room much less pleasant. A very expensive room service breakfast marred by tea water that clearly had been put in a carafe that still had coffee at the bottom and one set of silverware for a breakfast clearly for two people. Everything just seemed off.

Facilities were great for a weekday stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaraunt was a little slow in prep and service.
