Nice hotelPosted May 21, 2015
I was charged twice because the hotel didn't have my reservation yet from Expedia but the staff was very nice about figuring out the problem. The lady at Expedia was very helpful in calling the hotel also to fix the problem.

Good ValuePosted May 19, 2015
Pros: Price, decor and bed.
Cons: Needs towel rack in bathroom and more parking.
Location: Easy access to freeway and good restaurant across street. We were only there to go to Graton Casino.
Good motel for the money. Looks newly remodeled. Room was small but adequate. Nice decor. Bed was comfortable but, a little high. Our bathroom needed a towel rack. Towels were on counter next to sink, did not leave room for anything else. Not enough parking. We returned late and had to park across the street at Adel's Restaurant. We ate at Adel's the next morning, very good food. Over all we would stay again.

Excellent hotel in a sketchy locationPosted May 17, 2015
Pros: Room and various amenities
Cons: Better sound proofing since the noise was pretty noticeable.
Location: Average location due to the busyness of the area. Everything's close including the Graton Casino along with Sonoma State which is why we were there.
First of all, our only displeasure has to do with the location and parking for the hotel. The hotel rooms and amenities are truly amazing. We checked in late as we were in town for my son's graduation so the limited parking was even more limited as we needed to park around the corner. The hotel's located right across the street from a seemingly busy 24/7 restaurant. The problem is that it's quite popular with both bikers and cops. There was no evidence of a seedier crowd but the noise from the Harley's coming and going led to a lot of noise until the wee hours. That's the bad. The good is that the room was decked out with extras that would rival 5 star places. Super comfy king size bed, espresso machine, Samsung flat screen tv, walk in shower and designer pump bottle soaps and shampoo/conditioners.

Not a boutiquePosted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: They do have a great Illy espresso machine.
Cons: outside makeover, the inside is decent. and the name... its misleading.
Location: location is nice, close to the highway, one exit away from downtown.
If any of you are going cause they say its a boutique hotel... you'll be dissapointed. This is simply like a motel 6 kind of hotel only that they made a new reception and the rooms are equipped with better quality furniture and new showers, which is nice, but its not a unique or boutique place.

Santa Rosa WeekendPosted Feb 20, 2015 on Hotels.com
Stayed here to spend a weekend in Santa Rosa. I really liked the location. Walking distance to downtown and you don't have to cross any freeways. The staff is friendly and the hotel is in good condition. Very nice. Only downside is that all the rooms face the parking lot and you can really hear a lot of cars.

Overall GoodPosted Feb 20, 2015 on Hotels.com
Was initially concerned about the rooms being accessed from outside rather than a central hallway but the room was very comfortable and modern in style. Our stay was on a weekend so the neighbors were a little rowdy. Week nights might be better if you want some quiet time.

My One Night Out of Two in Santa RosaPosted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: Move the hotel somewhere else.
Location: See above
The room was beautiful, great decor. Bed was super comfy. The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is not great. Very noisy crowd at the two bars that flank the hotel. It didn't quiet down until 3:00 am. For that reason and others, I changed my reservation and did not stay the second night. Really tragic because the location is so close to downtown and a great midway point in the metro area. I strongly doubt I would stay here again. Perhaps during the week when the drunks would (hopefully) be fewer in number.

Surprisingly great!Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Very clean and modern.
Location: Not the best location in the "downtown". They ran out of parking so I had to park across the street at a diner. Was kinda nervous leaving my car there
Looks interesting from the outside...once you get in the room, beautiful. Modern and very clean. Espresso machine in room was awesome to wake up to.
