Absolutely gorgeous!Posted Jan 2, 2015 on Hotels.com
This is a gorgeous hotel with outstanding personal service. Beautiful location. Only drawback was the noise in the early morning from the road (garbage and delivery trucks). That small drawback won't keep us from going back. Our room did face the main road.

Not worth itPosted Nov 8, 2014
We stayed for a weekend. Have stayed at other hotels in the same price point in the area ( Sonoma county) Very disappointed the the hotel could not print boarding passes for us. I walked over to H2 hotel in the area to do this as the cleark at Les Mars was unable to get this done. It's a simple request. Not sure why they can't accoomodate this task. Very disappointing. All else was great! Would not stay here again.

A Piece of France in Wine CountryPosted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
Everything about Hotel Les Mars was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, the service is impeccable, the breakfast was delightful, and the wine & cheese in the afternoon was perfect. The staff made us feel like family!

Great hotel but room for improvementPosted Sep 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Beautiful hotel. Accommodating and friendly staff. Great restaurant next door (Chalkboard). Nits: Dirty shower head, breakfast in the room needs better quality checks (one side dish for two, missing items). Other than that I highly recommend it.

Healdsburg TreasurePosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: The small touches Complimentary wine in room, fine wine glasses. Wine tasting in library at 5.30 Wooden panelled walls, comfortable furniture.
Cons: Maybe more selection for breakfast . You either had it as room service or in the library downstairs. No complaints really
Location: Healdsburg is a small low rise town Lots of small shops , art galleries, wine tasting stores and antique shops A village square, easy walking
We arrived tired after hours of travelling . Our room was really nice , old english style decor. Really comfortable bed and period style furniture ie four poster bed !!! Enjoyed leisurely start with room service breakfast. Excellent staff , arranged private wine tour for us . They booked the restaurants for dinner for us A true Chateaux Relais Hotel , nothing too much trouble Sonoma Valley is a great wine visiting experience
