Our stay was wonderful! We utilized the pool, jacuzzi and hotel bar. We opted in for the breakfast buffet however it was absolutely a terrible choice. The options were extremely minimal, the quiche that was provided was not good at all and there were no other egg options nor meat options. The restaurant’s menu offered a lot more so next time we will just order from that.

Housekeeping comes every 4 days on a longer stay. However, they did not come to our room. We had to call to get more towels at 10pm after we came back to our room. We needed toilet paper and kleenex, I called in the morning and they said it would be 8:30 before we could get some. They did take a destination fee off of our room for 1 day. I was under the impression it was for our whole stay. We will never book through expedia again. too many fees. As we were charged daily for this and also a parking fee.

There were some stuff on the floor when we arrived at the room. Shower did not work well. Housekeeping was never offered for 3nights/4days even though I requested it 2 times. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Hotel restaurant (Railroad cafe) used to have a modest, but nice breakfast menu. Buffet was gross. I wish they would go back to what they had before. If it remains the same it will definitely influence my booking decisions.

My sister and I stayed for two nights. We took a 10 minute Uber into Sebastopol for an event. We had a great ex and will definitely stay again. We also enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi, it was perfect!

Great hotel overall. Bar was kind of awkwardly placed in the lobby with limited seating options, and maybe people drinking is not the first thing you want to see when you check in at 1 pm with kids. But other than that there's nothing even bordering on negative to say about this place; it's clean, friendly, good food, top notch.

This would be a beautiful wedding venue. Also right next to a walking path and park. We requested a room change because of our dog. Unfortunately the patio furniture was so dirty we couldn't sit on it. We asked if they could swap out our cushions but were told no and instead offered extra towels to cover the stains. No dog amenity offered. But when I complained we were offered breakfast vouchers.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was great and the lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. However, I did notice on my bank statement, on top of the room fee, there was another hidden charge from the Hyatt, separately. I was not told about any other fee I would have to pay besides the parking fee. But after looking at some other reviews about this hotel, a lot of other people stated they were charged for hidden fees as well. So please just be mindful when booking this location.

I liked the hotels location and the places we could go very close to it. We found an acrylic finger nail in our bedsheets and that was very gross, but overall the hotel was ok.

Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Sonoma while doing some wine tastings in the region. The rooms are large and the property is very nice. Easy access to several restaurants nearby. My only issue was the parking and “resort fee.” Resort fees are one of the more annoying creations in the hotel industry. It’s on par with baggage fees by airlines. It’s basically another tax we have to pay and you do pay taxes on parking and resort fees. Had an issue at checkin because some staff didn’t have access to see certain reservations but they eventually resolved it. Otherwise a lovely stay and a great weekend for wine tasting.

We paid the breakfast rate and they refused to provide meal tickets twice. The third time they said they would but nothing. There was no maid service after our first night stay.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and polite. I had severe asthma and they gave me a corner room so I could have a small balcony to breathe on. No extra charge. Pool area was lovely and clean in February! So near charming downtown. Highly recommend

Could not get bath spout to fill so I filled it with the shower wand but then the bath plug wouldn’t stay shut, we were so cold with our so called blankets on the bed that are so noisy to sleep with very stiff feel to them the walls in our room were very banged up with deep scratches and lots of hair found in the room(in bed n bathroom), tv was so slow to change channels that we finally gave up try to watch anything, spider webs in corner of room ceiling and an actual spider crawling around in bathroom .. I just really expected a more luxury stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed with this stay.

New Year's Holiday Stay
This was a perfectly located Hotel to stay in Santa Rosa. We are able to conveniently jump on and off the freeway quickly to get to different locations just to the North and South of where the Hotel is located. The rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We loved staying here. Everyone working at this hotel was AMAZING! Nahir was the best person to check us in. He really set the tone of what our stay was going to be like. He gave us a 5-star experience and treated us really well. He deserves a bonus, raise, promotion, praise. I hope when we visit here again, we either see Nahir as a manager or he has moved on the bigger and better things as he was exceptional.
