“Very satisfied”

We were down in the area attending the drag races at Infineon. it was a bit of a drive to get there and frankly I was a little hesitant with the location but it was a very clean hotel and they were very accomodating.

“Best Option in Fisherman's Wharf area”

Excellent location and very nice accomodations for a competetive price. The staff are extremely helpful in attending to needs of both business travelers and family vacationers. As a bonus -- this chain is extremely eco-friendly (e.g., they provide free valet parking for anyone who drives a hybrid).

“Great, Clean, Safe Hotel”

Bed was clean and comfy - white down-style quilt a plus. Amenities like hair dryer and ironing supplies in room. Deadbolt, bar lock, secure windows, and internal entrance made me feel safe traveling alone as a woman. Didn't have bad odor in room or heater like some hotels. (Heater was quiet, too.) Complimentary breakfast, including waffles, pastries, cereal. I'll definitely stay again.

“great hotel”

Very freindly and good service. Only thing is I have a hard time with stairs and the gentleman who helped us, tried his best to fine something on the ground floor but we had no luck. I just need to book early and request the ground floor. Other then that it was a good place overall. Very friendly staff!!

“good enough”

no complaints no frills. there was a certain amount of sound audible from adjacent room. i wonder if (or why not) motels/hotels double insulate for sound?

“Had a great holiday!”

The hotel clean and reasonably quiet. The attendants were very friendly and extremely responsive to all of our requests. We especially loved the breakfast every morning (the kids had a great time with the waffles). Overall, we had a great time.

“Nice”

I was a little nervouse booking this hotel beacuse i did not want it to be a cheap not so nice Hotel. But when we arrived it was really nice and Comfortable. i was VERY impressed:)
