My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at the Sonoma Creek Inn. It was very quiet, clean and quaint. The only thing I was not happy with was the bed, it was very hard, but my husband said he thought it was fine. Overall, we were pleased. Thank You for your help finding us this reservation!

Clean hotel close to wineriesPosted Oct 25, 2013
The hotel was clean and comfy. It is not as close to the square as it states. But still centrally located. The hotel staff was friendly but not there all hours. A big plus was the excellent diner connected to the inn. Is was yummy. We liked it so much that we went back twice.

It was close to downtown and bicycle trails.Posted Oct 13, 2013
Location: Close to downtown and bike trails. Wineries all nearby too.
It was quiet and quaint with no luxury at all. If you are not going to stay in your room much it's fine. Close walking to restaurants. Great, very popular Mexican restaurant around the corner had fantastic food and service! Sorry can't remember name.

Nice rooms in old style motel

DisappointingPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is an OLD "Motor Court". Rooms are very small. We had no closet or chest, therefore no place to place anything. It is clean and reasonably priced for the area, but not very comfortable for more than one night.

Sonoma Creek Inn is located a little bit further from the Plaza than we had expected, but over all, a great find! Very comfortable and charming place- would definitely stay there again!

Hidden Treasure!Posted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
I loved this little hotel/inn. Very quiet and sort of hidden in a residential area. Rooms are very clean. Loved the outdoor patio and bathroom. The young lady at thr front desk was very sweet and helpful. Great location. Nearby town, shopping, and many wineries. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We will recommend and stay at the place again for sure. :))

Nice little placePosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed just one night for a wedding nearby. Very cute, clean place. Plenty of room for two people. Comfy bed. Had a soap/lotion dispenser in the shower which is very savvy. Great shower pressure too! Friendly staff, decent location, and probably the best priced place in Sonoma for what you get.

Small, quaint and cleanPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: Quiet, quaint, clean & convenient to my sister's house.
Cons: Pad the exterior stairs as people leaving roll their luggage down them, making it quite loud and unnerving...especially at 6:15 in the morning
Location: The Sonoma Town Square is approximately 5 miles south; wineries abound in both directions; SF is 45-50 minutes to the south.
This hotel is more like a motel (hence the name "Inn") as parking is basically right outside your room. It was an older establishment (early 1900's) that doesn't look like it has many rooms (more than 15 but less than 30) but we didn't walk around so that is only my observation. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, and have been renovated nicely, staying truer to it's original motif than modern but it does have TV, Internet, phone, hair dryer, and a frig in the bathroom which was great! If you are looking for luxury, this is definitely not the hotel for you but if you are staying more than 1 nite and looking for value, the 25% off thru Expedia made it more than worth it as other establishments in Sonoma are quite pricey. Would recommend and would stay again, if I didn't have family in the immediate area.
