Pros: Nothing
Cons: Start over. It is filthy
Will not return regardless of price point. Facility was filthy and borderline scary.

Nice on the outside and old and musty inside.

Pros: 2 minute walk to Sam's restaurant.
Cons: Train staff to be more courteous. Improve the towels.
Location: 2 minute walk to Sam's restaurant. Mall is near, and wine country. Casino a small drive.
I think the only good part of the hotel was that it was in a 2 minute walking distance to Sam's restaurant! We had a late check in and was really tired after a 3 hour drive. When we went to our room, a woman yelled because we woke her up and frightened her. Apparently, she said her room had a bad smell in it so they moved her into the room that they also assigned us to. We arrived at the breakfast area at 10:01 (closes at 10am) and the housecleaner locked us out. Then a client opened the locked door and let us in. She gave us dirty looks the entire time as I ate with my two children. We will not be returning to that hotel.

Came up to Santa Rosa for the ARTrails weekend.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Insulation, to get rid of the traffic noise.
Location: It was close to HWy 101, practically on top of it, that was the only positive thing about the place.
Our room was the last room on the south side of the third floor. The sound level from HWy 101 was awful, it sounded like the traffic was going through the room! I will never stay there again. Certainly not worth $127, it was worth about $50!!

Convenient location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Breakfast was very basic and the only hitch was that I had to go down to reception 4 times because key did not work. Otherwise everything else was okay.

Convenient restaurant steps away from Hotel

We booked the hotel based on overnight accomodations near a wedding that we attended. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was small with tiny sink outside the bath/shower area. Hallway carpet was worn and stained.

The Vagabond Inn that could have been Motel 6.

Pros: The second room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: The moldy smell in the stairwells and hallways. And if the desk clerk is notified of a bad room to investigate and find a solution like the manager.
Location: Location is close to the coddingtown mall and Wells Fargo Center for the Arts. Many thing to explain here.
A King Bed with no smoking was requested. On arrival we were given a room as soon as we walked in you could smell the smoke. The smell was so bad it was giving us a head ache. I went to the desk clerk and told them about the smell. Desk clerk said they had no more rooms available. As we contemplated about going to the motel 6 next door. The Manager walked by and asked if anything was wrong. We told him about the smoke and he entered the room and asked us to give him 5 minutes that he would call us on the house phone and see if he could find something else. We told him we didn't need a king bed. 5 minutes later he found another room with a queen and no smoke. The manager went out of his way to help us. I gave then an excellent for the manager but took one point for the desk clerk.

Nonsmoking room stunk of smoke. Opening a window helped, except there was no screen. Key did not work on external door, had to walk all the way around, except when it was propped open (yikes!)

Nice clean rooms very comfortable and modern for the most part I would suggest if I'm paying 80 bucks a night to have a bigger tv and it to be a flat screen. But I give this place a 9 out of 10 like I said very comfortable just I would expect a better breakfast n flat screens
