Loved our 3 day stay!
Excellent from the start! The room was perfect and in a great location. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a couple. Emily is extremely thoughtful and helpful. She booked a tour of the Amalfi coast which was amazing. And breakfast each day was wonderful! We hope to come back!!

Beautiful room in Sorrento!
If you're staying in Sorrento as home base for the Amalfi Coast, consider Emily Suites. Emily was a wonderful host. She allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free. The rooms are on the fifth floor of the building so take the elevator if you got a lot of luggage. Breakfast is wheeled to your room so you don't even need to get out of bed, besides getting the door. The bathroom is new and the shower is very fancy. The windows even have automatic shades. Slightly expensive but this is across the whole Amalfi Coast. Stay here!

We stayed here for 4 nights but never met Emily which i found very disappointing. We never were checked in as we arrived at 12.00 at night therefore we stayed 2 nights before we realised there were shutters on the windows after being awake from 5 because it was so bright. Elena was called in when we needed help with trip booking and Tatiana was great serving us breakfast

what to say .. single customer inhabitant of Sorrento emigrated to England; presented as a businessman; explained to the customer personally and also during check-in that we have the daily cleaning service and change towels; the hanging dryers are not changed (to protect the environment), we are talking about an overnight stay of 3 days, but having a concierge, on request we have no problem to satisfy the customer for any request; The customer intends to invest in this sector, so having asked me so many questions will be confused between the differences in B & Bs and guesthouses; In any case, my inexperience in the catering sector as shown in the comment, I do not care about my sector; I am 33 years old and in April 2019 will be 12 years of wonderful experience in the tourism sector! Nothing is too much trouble for Emily who will do everything to help you plan your itinerary. Breakfast is more than adequate and delivered to your room. Not having a 24 hour reception is not ideal so you need to arrange your check in and ring the bell on arrival.It is a heart stopping moment when you arrive at a locked door !! If you want a typical hotel this is not for you but the room was great and Emily and her team were really lovely and helpful.

Perfect stay in Sorrento!
We would highly recommend staying in Emily Suites. Excellent location as it's only a ten minute walk from the heart of Sorrento. Our room was lovely, spacious with faultless wifi connection and air con. Our host, Emily, was very accommodating for our plans and provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning at whatever time we requested. She is extremely helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay in Sorrento is as smooth as possible. Therefore, we cannot praise Emily Suites highly enough and we would especially recommend anyone visiting to stay here.

Noisy and a little out of town
The room we booked on the 3rd floor backed onto the train tracks and was very noisy when the trains went by. The mattress was rock hard and the air con. was either of inadequate size or damaged. The room was very basic. After speaking to the owners, thankfully we we’re moved to a much more modern unit on the 5th floor where the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the air con was much better. The units are quite a distance from the main town on a very busy road, with narrow foot paths. There are very few places to eat close by. Breakfast is served to your room each day, you don’t have a choice, they just deliver a variety of different foods. There is a laundromat downstairs which is very handy. If you have a car, parking is available at a service station across the road for 15 euros per day. The owner Emily goes out of her way to solve any issues and is obviously committed to making your stay comfortable. My suggestion is to stay on the 5 th floor, it’s much more modern and comfortable.

Exceptional Emily Suites
My family and I had a fantastic holiday in Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Our stay at Emily Suites was great and the hospitality from day 1 was exceptional. Our pick up from Naples airport was arranged by Emily and the driver, Dominico was exceptional as he doubled up as a great guide. Charges for the transfer by private car were reasonable. Upon arrival at Emily Suites, we were shown to our 'Green Room' and Emily very quickly went our our registration process. She was a great help in organising our excursion to the Amalfi coast, once again by private car and with the great Dominico. The extra visit arranged by Dominico to his family garden was an experience in itself. Emily also arranged our boat ride to Capri and the Grottos. The breakfast at Emily Suites was personally prepared by Emily's mum and that special touch is highly appreciated by my family. I would strongly recommend Emily Suites to anyone wishing to visit Sorrento and the environs. The only down-side that I would personally say was the size of the shower cubicle, which was a bit tight. On the whole a great set up!

Good location not far from the main town but a little hard to find if don't read the instructions on the Emily Suites web page. There can be a bit of information overload when you first arrive with details of the room and places to eat and where to go while visiting but they are just being helpful. We found the owner especially great for making a few travel arrangements that eliminated a lot of hassle for us. She is really happy to help and wants to make your stay a good one. Overall a nice experience

Great location, great service, very enjoyable stay
This was a good location, about a 10 minute walk to get to the elevator or stairs that go down to the beach clubs and marina area. About a seven minute walk to get to the train station which will bring you to Pompeii or Naples. Emily was very accommodating and we appreciated the breakfast and prompt attention. Great location, great service, very enjoyable stay. This is an apartment building and it seems Emily has converted a couple of the apartments into guest suites. We had a nice balcony overlooking the activity on the street below and three single beds. There was a laundromat directly below

Great Stay in Sorrento
My wife and I stayed at Emily Suites for 6 nights for part of our honeymoon. Emily was very friendly and accomdating. She arranged a day trip to Capri for us and a car service to our next destination. She was always available to help. The room is clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was great too. We would definitelu stay here again!

Convenient B&B with excellent host
I found the room spacious and comfortable. Location is convenient to the center of Sorrento, port and train station. Breakfast was very good and Emily accomodated my wife’s request for several items for breakfast. Good wifi and towels. My room was quiet and as mentioned by others it was the one just above the train route with Naples. You can hear a passing train go by in about 15 seconds around once an hour between 6am and 11pm. It did not wake me up and is preferred to street noise. I would recommend Emily Suites to others and stay again.

Friendly Sorrento stay
Family run B&B in an apartment block, with very helpful and friendly service. Breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choice. Good selection of fruit, pastries, juice, cold meat, etc and most are home made or from the family farm. Rooms are of a good standard reflecting the price. B&B is about ten minutes walk to the main square and seven minutes to the train station.

A very individual place to stay.
This is a very individual place to stay. The "Suites" are located on the 3rd floor & above over a row of shops on the main road. One thing that on first sight is rather off-putting is that the rail line runs immediately behind the building but the trains don't run over-night & weren't a problem. The room had a large bed, sofa, TV, desk & wardrobe space. The brilliant breakfast was delivered to your room at the requested time laid out on a table. This included all that we could want & kept us going most of the day. Emily was there to greet us & show us our room & she was available on WhatsApp when she was not actually at the "Suites". She & the other staff were very friendly. She provided us with excellent information, especially suggestions on where to eat. She discussed our plans & was able to organise an individual Amalfi coast trip. OK we could have done a cheaper one but to have our own extremely friendly driver, who could stop in places that a coach could not. We would definitely return.

Like staying with a friend out of town.
Emily gives lots of good advice and she is great for making things a lot less stressful with her wealth of info for travellers staying with her. Breakfast is made to order and she checks before to make sure what you will like. The internet is a bit slow sometimes but you shouldn't be online that much anyways. I needed to do some work online and that is why I only gave it 4 out of five otherwise it would have got 5 stars all the way down. One thing I liked is that she didn't try to nickle and dime you for a bottle of water like many places do.

Wonderful
The hotel is a bed and breakfast. The owner sat down with and her book when we arrived to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. I'm sharing a photo. Her husband makes the cheese. The bathroom was super nice and the area is safe. Loved it. Do not. I repeat do not stay on the island of Capri. You can spend 5 hours there on a day trip and enjoy your evening in Sorrento.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is more a b&b...and a bit challenging to find. It's right on the Corsa Italia, the address is pretty accurate, but the sign is very small. You'll see an Esso on the north side of the street (which is where you park) and on the south side is a Pharmacy and laundry...right next to the hotel. Ring the bell and they'll come right down. There's a small lift/elevator to take your bags up, but you'll probably use the stairs day to day. The rooms are all fine - we stayed in two different rooms. There is some street noise, so bring your ear plugs (it's not all that bad really).

Small but nice operation
We stayed in one of three rooms in an apartment building on the main road (most places are on or near the main road). Easy walk to shops, restaurants, train station, historic district, and port. Room was clean and in very good repair; bathroom clean and comfortable. I was worried at first about the train, but it doesn't run at night and rolls in and out quietly. Overall, a quiet, pleasant stay. Breakfast is a generous "continental"; staff is extremely helpful and attentive. I would have liked a proper little table (instead of a desk) and one of those convenient bathroom wall rack heaters (we were there in winter), but these are minor concerns.

The daughter is extremely sweet and helpful. We stayed here 1 night and were leaving extremely early the next day, so they brought us plenty of breakfast foods the night before for us to eat since we were leaving before they start serving breakfast. There was plenty to choose from. The room was very clean and the balcony was great overlooking the main road. The bed was very firm and isn't what we're used to. The location of the place is about a 10 minute walk down the main road to the main piazza.

Fantastic apartments.
I highly recommend Emily Studios for anyone who is looking for bolt-hole in Sorrento, or indeed anywhere on the Amalfi coast. Emilia is THE perfect host, always willing to assist and genuinely concerned that you are having a good time. We received a room upgrade after I contacted Emilia to inform her that we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary in Sorrento. The room was perfect, kept spotlessly clean (cleaned on a daily basis) and breakfast was served in the room at whatever time you requested it. Plenty of choice for breakfast too with coffee, juice, fruit, a selection of pastries, yoghurt and toasties all available. Emilia or Anna are usually around at the apartments for anything you need from around mid-morning to between 6 or 7 in the evening. You can change your breakfast choice whenever you wish by informing Emilia or Anna the day before. Emilia also booked all our trips for us while we were there. I can highly recommend the trip to Capri, the Amalfi coast tour and the trip to Pompeii & Vesuvius. Very convenient pick up and drop off right outside the apartments and the trips were excellent. The apartments are located on the main road into Sorrento about a 10 minute stroll into the centre. There are some excellent cafes and local restaurants on the way into town. Don’t bypass these in a rush to dine in the restaurants on the square. On the whole, they offer excellent/good value food. 10 out of 10…… Meraviglioso!

Four Days in Sorrento
We stayed at Emily's Suites for 4 nights this month for a short break as a base to explore Pompeii, Capri and Sorrento itself. The apartments are situated 15 mins walk from Sorrento centre, easily accessible from the train station. Emily, Anna and all the staff were really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast arrangements suited us fine, it was left outside our room at a prearranged time each morning and we had plenty of choice. A really positive experience and would be happy to stay here again when we return to Sorrento.

We stayed two nights in the fabulous green room at the Emily suites, the lovely Emilia met us at the building entrance and took us up to the room, explained all things and gave us a short talk on the area and things to do. The room itself was bigger than I expected from the images and very well set up, with ample furniture including a comfortable couch and small fridge. The location is about 800m ( a 10min walk) from the railway station and it takes about 15min to walk in to the old town where the bulk of the restaurants etc are. Its a great justification for having a double scoop Gelato when you get there though!! There are several closer places to eat so the walk is not essential. We found the included continental breakfast perfect but if you are a hot breakfast eater you may find yourself wanting more. We will definitely stay again if we get the chance to make it back to Sorrento! Thank you Emilia!!
