Grand Hotel Cocumella

The hotel is in a quiet attractive area about twenty minutes walk from the bustle of central Sorrento. Our room was large, comfortable and spotless. Beautiful gardens lead past a large swimming pool to a clifftop terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. A lift takes you to a small private beach. The hotel staff couldn't have been more pleasant, attentive and helpful. An bus (orange 'C') stops outside the hotel and goes either to the port (Marina ) or to the town Centre (you have to buy bus tickets in tobaccanists - cost 1.20 Euros.

Very enjoyable, beautiful gardens and staff very friendly! Rooms were beautifully furnished with antiques that brought you back in time! Overall it was a wonderful experience !

This hotel benefits from v friendly attentive but not intrusive staff. Management were excellent. The grounds have beautiful citrus orchards and the restaurant is enchanting and of the highest standards. It's set at the top of a mountainside with a lovely view of the bay and harbour below. Swimming pool is surrounded by orange trees. Very pleasant all in all!

Great hotel with an even greater garden,pool and beach. Manager was very accommodating and interactive with the guests. He made our stay very comfortable. There were fruit trees and plants everywhere. Smething I have never seen. Also down an elevator is a beach which was amazing to see. If you want to be in this area this is the hotel to stay.
