“A wonderful relaxing experience”

Hotel was faultless. We ate in 3 nights and the food was superb and service excellent. We were lucky with the weather and had a deluxe seaview room with a spacious terrace with table, chairs and 2 sunbeds. We relaxed there in the sunshine each afternoon after sightseeing. The hotel grounds were lovely and so peaceful to come back into after the hurly burly of the town! We used the swimmingpool and the service there was great - the pool attendant kept our loungers while we went out to the town!! The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Sitting on the hotel terrace looking out to sea with a drink is lovely but, beware, an expensive indulgence 15 euros for 2 drinks. There is a private lift down to the harbour which saves a long downhill walk and climb back. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's expensive but worth every penny!!

“Lovely hotel - Wonderful location”

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. The position is delightful overlooking the Bay of Naples. Hotel amenities really good. We had heard from other sites that the hotel may not take credit cards but the guest information stated that various cards were accepted (although we paid in cash for the extras which we had).

“Good value and excellent view”

Our room was very spacious and the amenities were very nice. The view of the Gulf of Naples was excellent! The location of the hotel was great and the grounds were exceptional. The dining facilities were superior with a fixed price menu for dinner on the weekends. Breakfasts were delicious!

“Sad to have to leave!”

One of the best breaks we have had. Ten days of indulgence, pure and simple! The hotel is right in the centre of the town, but secluded and quiet. Views from the hotel restaurants are beautiful, whatever the weather. Staff were very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. This is definitely a hotel we will stay at again.

What a fab hotel - centrally located in Sorrento, with the added benefit of backing onto the harbour. Old-fashioned, yet sophisticated luxury. My third visit - will definitely go back there again .... and again .... and again ...!!!!

“Beautiful hotel”

A first rate hotel in the centre of Sorrento. Expensive but worth it. Throughout our stay our room was kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels arriving twice a day (not sure about the impact on the environment!). The concierge desk was very helpful, arranging trips, booking taxis to the airport etc.

“Lovely Jubbly”

Great hotel in great location, great service throughout. room was clean throughout with robes,slippers etc. provided. Pool is good (if a little cold!). Great views, lovely gardens (orange, lemon and olive trees) that are well maintained and adorned with columns, pots and tables.

“Hotel good, food expensive but want to go back!”

Great position, nice pool. If you exclude the cooked breakfast which is kept very luke warm on burners the food is good, BUT food is v pricey. Nice Hotel though and would reccomend it, but watch the food and drink costs. Very good local food is available at a reasonable cost.
