Nice Hotel in Sorrento, ItalyPosted Sep 26, 2014
The room was fine for me. Could have used more towels. The big plus was that it was in downtown Sorrento in the shopping area. And my room had a view overlooking the main street going by the hotel. Also the train station was about a block away. Very convenient.

Enjoy Sorrento!Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Location and convenience
Cons: Bigger shower stall and more breakfast options and items.
Location: Everything there is for Sorrento is close by!
Right next to train station. Room balcony opens to street life, awesome! Hotel staff kindly made us restaurants reservations pre-arrival. Best location. Bus to amalfi is around the corner. Short walk to sorrento port for excursions. Short walk to shopping and foods. Room had working controllable AC and safe. Shower very small and breakfast a bit sparse but overall very very good. Run and owned by local family and folks instead of cookie-cutter impersonal chain a big plus. We'll happily visit again and again!!!

Convenient locationPosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Its close to the station
Cons: Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Something savory like eggs or cheese at breakfast.
Location: On one of the main streets, close to bars, shops, station, cafes, supermarket.
This hotel is near the station which was what prompted me to book it. My room was basic but comfortable and cleaned well each day. The hotel was good for getting round Sorrento or going on day trips or by rail. It was quite noisy at times both from the street (especially at weekends) and from some other guests. There wasnt much choice as for breakfast. It is close to a fantastic vegetarian restaurant though.

Close to Train - Clean and ComfortablePosted Jun 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very VERY convenient to the train station, just at the end of the street. Very cute rooftop that was empty each time we went up there. Close the the Leone Rosso restaurant (not bar) which was amazing for dinner. And walking distance to anything else! Clean and comfortable rooms. And they exchange money right in the lobby without any fees. Complimentary breakfast - basic, but sufficient. Recommend!

excellent location, close to th e train stationPosted May 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Sorrento is an excellent base for day trips. Hotel Nice is excellent because of of it's location to the train and pubs stations. Rooms on the front tend to be noisy at night, request a room in the back, much more quiet.

Good, economic hotel, well situatedPosted May 14, 2014
Pros: Economical and close to transport centres and the town centre
Cons: The breakfast offered was just about adequate but could be better
Location: Close to bus and train transport to other parts of the area and the airport. These include visits to Vesuvius, Naples, Pompei, Capri and the Amalfi co
A good, clean hotel, ideally situated in Sorrento. Close to bus and train stations and only a short stroll from shops and restaurants. The hotel is not luxurious but is more than adequate for a short economical stay offering good facilities in clean spacious rooms. The staff were polite and helpful.

You get what you pay forPosted Oct 15, 2013
Very close to public transport right outside the train station and right on the main road running through sorrento. This was convenient but also noisy and felt a bit hustle and bustle for what I 'do normally want from a holiday. Hotel was clean, room had a private balcony which was great bed was very hard not great for me but OH liked it and only one thin pillow each again OH was fine but I was not. Overall with this hotel you are getting what you pay for a cheap convenient pit stop. If you're staying for any length of time I 'd recommend being more in the old town .
