Fantastic stay. Only minor comment is it would have been nice to be offered a room to change in after checking out. Views are fabulous and service top draw.

Room with space in a Quiet areaPosted May 22, 2015
Hotel was in a decent location, walking distance to the center of town. Clean facility with a nice breakfast, and pretty view on the roof at night. Customer service needs work. When we arrived they tried to push a tour to Capri. Couldn't figure out the hair dryer and they sent someone up who also didn't know how it worked and didn't fix it, 45 minutes later we go down to find the hotel worker to ask what the issue was and he was chatting with another employee at the bar, someone else then came up to show us how to fix it. Other than that, it was nice amount of space in the room and quiet (other than noise from the room above).

Excellent hotel with easy access to town but quietPosted May 7, 2015
Pros: Easy location for town but very quiet and the views from the restaurant across the Bay of Naples were excellent.
Location: Sorrento is a very pleasant place to stay. Lively town centre has excellent shopping and eating opportunities. Good train links to tourist attractions
The hotel staff provided excellent customer service. The fact that it was my husband's birthday was noted although we had not told them and a small tart with candle appeared at breakfast. They also provided excellent recommendations for places to eat.

Excellent hotel in quiet area close to centrePosted Apr 29, 2015
Location: Good train service to Naples, Pompeii and Herculaneum. Bus along Amalfi coast well worth the money and a visit to Ravello was a worthwhile excursion.
Stunning view across Bay of Naples to Vesuvius was the backdrop for a very pleasant stay in this four star hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the management and staff, and their service and manner towards their guests was both consistent and refreshing. The breakfasts were a very pleasant experience with a well stocked buffet which included freshly made delicacies. The pool area was located in a quiet garden with poolside waiter service and provided a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento centre. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Sorrento.

Great HotelPosted Apr 29, 2015
Cons: It would be nice if the beds were softer.
This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It is within easy walking distance to most everything in Sorrento. The breakfast was very good and the staff are both hospitable and very gracious as well as helpful. I would definitely without hesitation stay here again.

Excellent hotel with central locationPosted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff were polite and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. Rooms were clean and the beds the most comfortable I have had in a
Cons: The only down side for us was the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms
Location: The location was brilliant only a few minutes walk from the main square and the old quarter shops and restaurants and both harbours
The Regina is 10 minutes from the centre of Sorrento and the same distance from both harbours The views from the restaurant are lovely and the food was great with a wide variety which changed each day for breakfast I will loved Sorrento and would stop at the Regina again.

Sehr gutes Hotel, strategisch gut gelegen.Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Ruhige Lage.

We loved this charming hotel and staff.Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: See above.
Cons: We would have liked a kettle in the room.
Location: Great choices of places to eat in drink nearby. Plenty of shopping to suit all. Good location to visit Pompeii, Vesuvius, Capri, and the like.
The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was lovely, albeit the bed was very firm, but maybe that was a good thing. The whole place was spotless and well kept. Loved the location, quiet, but near enough the town centre. The view from the breakfast room was stunning, as was the view from the roof top bar, where my husband and I enjoyed cocktails. Breakfast was enjoyable, and beautifully presented, and set us up for the day. We would have liked a kettle in our room, but that was a minor thing. All in all we would highly recommend, and would love to return in the future.
