Was okay for price. Far from main area and train. Paper thin walls and the mattress was a rock but overall it was fine.

Great walking location

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: Water pressure in shower
Location: Walk to the cercumvesuviana for Pompeii!!!! Walk to grande marina for good quiet restaurants, walk to port for Capri etc and of course Shopping!
A great place to stay in Sorrento. Close to everything! On the main street as all the action , but on the end so it's not too crowded. The main street turns into pedestrian only at night , which is SO nice. We had a balcony with a nice view and the bed was very comfortable . Clean. And an Italian breakfast included. The only negative would be the shower pressure . But really, no big deal.

Nice hotel but noisy

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: Convenient to down town Sorrento. Staff very helpful.
Cons: Offer a better breakfast(7-9:30)and have a coffee center available for early birds
Location: Lots of lovely places to visit In town, The Kiosk Bar being one of them.
Caters to large groups of school age kids so very noisy, not sure why they had to put us on the same floor 3 doors away. Overall nice hotel. Only has continental breakfast. Convenient to down town Sorrento. Staff very helpful.

Good location

Location: A visit to Pompeii is a must. Take the local train, 30 mins. Recommend the audio guide rather than the human guide who shows you only a few spots.
All our needs were met....easy walk to the centre of Sorrento, good size room, large balcony with sea views, sustainable breakfast served til 10am, helpful staff, reasonably priced.

Nice, but expensive for us.

Posted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: View, balcony, cleanliness.
Location: Punta De Capo swimming hole is an isolated little cove 2km away from the hotel. Fabulous swimming with Roman ruins and high cliffs surrounding it.
Nice hotel, clean, well attended. Was expensive ($195/night with breakfast included) which was among the more expensive hotels we stayed at. Our preference is for basic, clean, and inexpensive, so paying $195 wasn't fun, but the view of the ocean was good, nice little balcony and good location which I wouldn't expect to get at a basic $100-$120/night hotel.

Great hotel at a great price

Posted Aug 9, 2013
We got one of the upper "double comfort" rooms, clean and spacious, free wifi and aircon, nice sea view, breakfast was basic but decent, close to the city centre and a lovely little beach which others missed. Overall i couldn't fault the hotel, well worth the money!

Not the best experience.

Posted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: The price and available parking. Fee for parking applicable.
Cons: Staff not really engaging. Air conditioning in room very poor.
Location: Location great, near to the centre but away from tourist noise.
Great price but our experience reflects the cost. Do not eat at their restaurant. Other restaurants can offer more for the same price.

Not a bad hotel outside of city center

Posted Jun 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a more modern hotel than most of the hotels we stayed at on our trip. What it lacked in character it made up for in comfort. Larger room, large bathroom (with a tub), big balcony with a nice view. It was outside of the city center but still an easy walk to the main shopping area and beach. Breakfast and wifi were included in the cost of the hotel and we found both to be very satisfactory. Overall a nice stay.
