My fiancée and I are travelers from Canada and stayed here for 5 nights in a private room and shared bathroom. Rachele is the sweetest host you can ask for! The place is kept absolutely spotless and neat. When we arrived, Rachele sat with us and spoke about the things we could see in Sorrento, as well as the other places we planned to visit, such as the Amalfi Coast, Positano, and Pompeii. Rachele provided us with sample tickets that we would need to purchase to use the local transit as well as brochures and other things to read about the various attractions. She also has excellent recommendations for restaurants in Piano.
At breakfast, she serves hot croissants and delicious cappuccinos! She also includes yogurt and orange juice. She will ask for your preferred time for breakfast. On the morning that we had to leave, Rachele provided us with cappuccinos and take-away croissants. She also advised us that in Piano, there is a direct bus to the Naples Airport for only 10 Euros. Rachele is very informative, and loves to chat with her guests. She provides wonderful service, and welcomes you in to the house. Rachele really made our stay great and with her advice, we had a fantastic time in Piano and the surrounding area. We would love to stay here again!

Very close to the local railway and the drop off point for the airport bus service to Naples.
The apartments are set away from the tourist spot. When you exit the door you are imeadiately in part of the old town.a couple of doors up is a great shop doing fresh baked bread and a host of local delicacies.
We had a standard apartment which was more than adequate at a very reasonable rate.the higher priced ones must be special.
The owner Luginee spoke perfect English and was help full in the extreme.
All in all a great experience.

I can't really faulter the hotel as it was amazing value for money, with lovely views and friendly staff. The hotel is a little out of sorrento, but the buses are frequent (every 20-30 min) and the journey only takes about 20 minutes. The bus costs about 1.30 each way, and you can take the train to major sights so there is really no need to hire a car (we didn't bother using ours). There is parking near the hotel but it is limited as it isn't exclusively for the hotel (there is an off road car park just infront and below the hotel, and the option of street parking). There is a lovely harbour and bay in massa lubensa about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, however it is an extremely Steep road (the walk back was far less pleasant). All in all I would definitely stay at la primavera again!

Located on a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Very good restaurants close by, and safe to walk around at night. We walked down to the nearby marina for seafood. The restaurants were right on the water. We enjoyed the recommendations made by Roberta at the front desk. We loved that our room was modern and extremely clean. Lovely big shower. The small private terrace was just the place to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning. Our daughter and her husband and 2 children were also staying there in a nice large room. The staff kindly accommodated us by serving breakfast for all of us together in the large room. I must say that breakfast was great with everything freshly prepared.

Every single thing about this hotel and our experience here was perfect. The staff were all the kindest, warmest, nicest people ever, very helpful in every way imaginable. The room was luxurious, the bathroom was beyond wonderful, wifi was excellent, and the entire hotel is just so beautiful it is like being in a beautiful, old Italian villa, of the highest quality. The restaurant is incredible, Michelin quality food and service, and they take special care of their hotel guests there. Try the tasting meal, it's well worth it. If I am ever lucky enough to return to Sorrento, I will definitely stay here, and recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely, lush place to spend some time. It is a short half block to the water, a short walk to the historic area with all the wonderful shopping and restaurants, and surrounded by the most beautiful scenery. There are no negatives with this hotel.

This was our silver wedding anniversary and we were extremely picky about what we wanted, we chose this apartment after reading the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed! The comfort, cleanliness and location was superb, we hired a car knowing it was uphill, but chose to walk somedays as the hill is not too steep, and can be managed with moderate fitness levels. The views from the terrace are out of this world! The complimentary basket of food on arrival and a fridge stocked with milk, juice and water was a godsend after a long days travel. Everything was there what we needed, and the owners took time out to introduce themselves and to make sure all was ok. If your hesitating? Go for it!

With the amazing view from the terrace, every morning and evening was quite relaxing and beautiful! It was even better enjoying an evening on the terrace and listening to the free music coming from the restaurant nearby. We even saw two nights with fireworks displays after weddings. Truly paradise. Recommend walking the streets off the main squares, as they all have boutiques and restaurants and are quite charming. Walk the stairs down to the beach or the pier, and take the elevator up. Lots of nearby shopping. Location is indeed perfect. Take a day trip with Andrea on his boat and visit Capri or Ischia, or both.

Arrived late due to flights but thanks to Villa Ketty, who arranged transfer, had an easy arrival and warm welcome. This is a family run hotel, but not one of those over oppressive family hotels, a welcoming genuine "want to help" types!
Our room was more than large enough for two adults and two kids, all having proper beds, not camp beds or pull outs. It had air conditioning that we didn't use because it had a mosquito screened window.
The location is just outside Vico Equense, a shortish walk but plenty of people from the hotel will drop you into town or collect you, and they never grumble, they just drop what they are doing and take you!
Vico Equense is a small to medium town, it has a few restaurants, including the "Pizza a Metro" one owned by the same people who own Villa Ketty, and enough shops etc. There is also a great ice cream / dessert shop called Gabrele which is fantastic and cheap! The town is less touristy than many others and has a nice relaxed vibe.
The train station is not that far from the hotel and allows cheap and quick travel to Sorrento and Naples and places in between.
We also decorated some pottery at the hotel and took it home free of charge, it was great fun and very relaxing!
