Pros: The staff! The room! The location!
Location: In the middle of town close to restaurants and shops
Perfect bed and breakfast hotel. Clean modern comfortable room. The staff were charming and helpful. We were in Sorrento for a short break and were out sightseeing every day, this hotel was perfect as it was in the middle of town so very convenient to find somewhere to eat each night.

Fantastic lodging hidden on a side streetPosted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Good value, good location, great staff, clean rooms, strong wifi, good coffee and fresh fruit.
Cons: The length of my stay
Location: Shopping, Great Base camp for visiting Capri and Pompeii. Lemons, lemons, lemons
Palazzo Tasso appears to be recently renovated. It is very clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the top floor by the eating area and other than the stairs ( there is a lift) everything was very convenient. A very short walk to the center of town, restaurants close by, quiet at night - what more could you ask for.

Clean comfortable hotel in the centre of SorrentoPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Central location close to good restaurants and shops
Cons: Not a lot
Location: Ice cream, good food. Plenty of souvenir shops
The room had a balcony that overlooked the Main Street with no noticeable noise with the window closed, the air conditioning unit worked well and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. The breakfast was sufficient and the breakfast room was clean, Would definitely stay here again. Capri, Vesuvius, Pompeii and the Amalie Coast easily accessible and clean but Naples was horrible Dirty and litter strewn the pity is that you have to go throughNaples to get to Sorrento.

Pleasant StayPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, professionalism, location, free wi-fi and service
Cons: Excellent with us
Location: Great restaurants, museum, 10 min walk from the beach
From the moment we walked in we were treated as guest, Valentina was there to help with luggage, answer question and just a pleasant person to encounter on entering this hotel. Valentina and Elena were helpful in suggesting great places to eat, arranging a tour for us, also arranging a Taxi to our next destination. breakfast was great and unfortunately I can not remember the gals name was great, nothing was too much trouble for her. Just a great place to stay.

Great people run this hotelPosted Jul 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We just loved the bright and smiling faces of the people at Palazzo Tasso. From the people at the front desk, to the people in the breakfast area and to the cleaning staff- loved them all. It was also a go central location. Other than that.... Meh. The best was ok, the room was small and tha bathroom left a LOT to be desired- quite a bit of mildew and constantly a weird smell. I got what I paid for though, I guess. It was a good deal in the heart of sorrento. You just have to decide what you want to sacrifice.

Excellent staffPosted Jul 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel room very clean, old building but an excellent update inside. Tea and coffee available in room which is not often found in Italy. The most impressive aspect was the staff - extremely helpful and welcoming. The small balcony was cute and enjoyable for that am coffee. Be careful, the street is noisy at night - but this is obviously the choice of hotel location - lots of summer holiday locals on the street until about 2am. But this will not deter us from going back there again.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff!Posted Jul 4, 2014
We booked our hotel online and didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised at the location, cleanliness and newness of Palazzo Tasso. The staff was amazing - very friendly with excellent tour and restaurant recommendations (try the restaurant directly across the alleyway - amazing food with great prices). I would highly recommend anyone staying in Sorrento to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was also included and had a wide variety of items to choose from. Great overall experience!
