Great for relaxing and sunsetsPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: It's really modern and cool vibe and it's unbeatable views straight over to Capri
Cons: We parked on the road outside rather than trying to negotiate the steep drive way in a basic hire car. Others did the same and it was no problem.
Location: We visited Sorrento and Capri. We were there to relax with stunning views and for that this hotel ticks all the boxes
We chose this hotel to have a relaxing few days at the start of our Italian holiday. We didn't really need it to be near the Amalfi Coast as we were going to Ravello afterwards. We were initially tempted by the stunning views from its terrace and these certainly didn't disappoint as the pool area was fab and also the sunsets. The price for the truly amazing views is that the roads are quite twisty to reach it but I certainly wouldn't let that put me off! Food was also very good. We really enjoyed the hotel but about 3 days would be plenty due to its location.

Wonderful location. Great service.Posted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Location, views, service and the food.
Location: A quiet spot with great views of Capri. Not far from the rest of the Amalfi coast and about an hour and a bit drive from Naples.
A really beautiful spot with amazing views. A great place to relax, indulge yourself and enjoy the views. The food in the restaurant was very good and the whole experience was relaxing and a little bit decadent.

Best view in the region!!Posted Oct 9, 2013
Location: Enjoy the hotel
Very clean, very modern, and very relaxing. Pool has fantastic ciew and surrounded by nature. You feel like VIP because there is only 11 rooms, so you will be lucky to see more than 20 people on your entire stay. Great staff!! Just have the patience in driving to the resort.

Great for couples and that special weekend away.Posted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: Views and food!
Cons: Damp in bathroom
Location: You need a car or scooter unless you don't want to leave the hotel which would also be very acceptable!
We stayed here over our wedding and it is a great hotel. The views from the dining terrace are amazing and you won't find any as good anywhere else in the world! Staff are superb and couldn't help more. Shower and bath were amazing and make the room. Breakfast was also brilliant and the prosecco was an amazing touch. Only thing I would say negatively was our room had a little damp in the bathroom which when you spend so much and the rest of the hotel is breath taking, it does let is down and is my reason for it dropping to a four. Had an amazing dinner here too with outstanding food and probably the best meal of this style I have had. Well worth eating here one night, even if you don't stay!

Breathtaking views and the best service!!!Posted Sep 16, 2012
In our last trip to Italy we've been from staying in a boutique hotel in Venice to a unique Aruvedic Spa in Tuscany and the experience at the 'Relais Blu' was the most outstanding one. The service is in the hands of true service oriented staff and owners themselves in very close contact with the guests. Always accommodating guests needs to the fullest. The hotel has the most spectacular view of Capri Island you can see from their beautiful terrace or from just your own bed every morning. Being a chef myself I must say that the restaurant serves a well sorted variety of dishes worthy of any top of the line hotel or restaurant. Amazing wine list and great sommelier assistance. A place to go back to relax and enjoy or just to sight see from there.

The hotel did not have a hot tub. It only had an outside jacuzzi with cold water. The pool was not so good! No service at the pool either!

Stunning boutique hotel with spectacular viewsPosted Jul 31, 2012
Lovely boutique hotel with a spectacular view stretching across the Bay of Naples with a 180 degrees vista from Capri to Ischia to Naples to Mt Vesuvius. The staff and service was superb from start to finish with nothing too much trouble. Cocktails to support epic sunset gazing followed by a gastronomic feast on the terrace a true highlight. A perfect place to spend a honeymoon!

beautiful, beautiful place.Posted Jul 7, 2012
One of the most beautiful places i've ever been. Staff was wonderful. A bit removed from positano, so expect to pay a bit for transport (or better if you have your own transport). Not designed as a family resort, (a lot of couples), but they made my kids feel at home and were very warm and hospitable.
