An oasis in the cityPosted Nov 11, 2013
Hard to find. Narrow streets and a dead end. Beware of your GPS! But once there, an oasis in the city. Helpful and friendly staff. Like a charming private villa for a romantic stay. Close to everything. Would recommend without hesitation.

Delightful hotelPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful garden
Location: Short walk to centre and railway station. Ferry to Capri and train to Pompeii and Herculanium
We, a group of friends, go away for a short break every year and I can honestly say that this the nicest place we have stayed at. It is difficult to find when you first go there but the staff quickly give you a map and you realise how central it is. Despite it's central location it is really quiet at night The garden is beautifully secluded, rooms and bathrooms of a good size and very clean. Breakfast is ample though the coffee machine takes some working out! The staff/owners very helpful and friendly.

Villa Angiolina, in Sorrento dream vacationPosted Oct 18, 2013
Pros: it was slow and quiet. Very nice garden eating area. Very few guests as the place was small.
Cons: it was perfect for my GF and me.
Location: about 5 minutes to the main st and 8 or so minutes to the marina. I never timed it or anything, you loose track or care of time in sorrento
Had a hard time finding hotel from the train station. Italian addresses are funny with street numbers not always being in order. The place around the corner and at the end of the street. The entrance is kind of secluded. The entrance is actully very nice with a full arbor lattice entrance. I am pretty sure it was kiwi growing on it. The place is set up with little private semi-villas. Our room was very private, with only our front door across from the other rooms entrance. This is not a big hotel by any means, I would guess there are maybe 8-10 rooms.

Lovely B&BPosted Sep 14, 2013
This B&B was well located, impeccably clean and the staff were extremely helpful providing information on the area, things to do, places to eat and local transportation. Breakfast was fully catered for in a beautiful, peaceful garden setting. We would highly recommend this B&B.

Nice hotelPosted Sep 7, 2013
Pros: The villa, garden and owners
Cons: room smell.
It is a very nice hotel in a great garden. The owners are very polite and friendly. It is a little distant to center. The worst side was the hotel smelled moist and mould.

A tranquil oasisPosted Aug 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Well situated just 5 minutes from the town centre but nice and quiet, set in a lovely little garden. Well designed and beautifully furnished room. Excellent courteous and friendly service. Good breakfast with a variety of fruit, cereals, cheese and bread. Hotel is hard to find, so directions would be useful following a booking.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, very clean and well maintained, home alike set-up facilities. Less than 15 minutes walk from train station and Sorrento city center

Great little retreatPosted Jul 20, 2013
Pros: The gardens and atmosphere
Location: Secluded yet 5-10 minutes walk into town
Really lovely hotel on a secluded street. Once you find it, you realise what a good location it is. The staff are so friendly and happy to advise on the local area, trips etc. The grounds are idyllic with hammocks, chairs etc. The owners grow lots of fruit which appears at breakfast. Breakfast was simple and nice, with something new every day. Our room was spacious, clean and had decent cupboard space including a safe. I would have liked a cushion for the balcony/patio chairs but that really is the only thing! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Relais Villa Angiolina.
