A fabulous stay in SorrentoPosted Mar 25, 2015
Cons: Nothing much to improve, it is fabulous!
Location: In the heart of historic Sorrento, shopping, restaurants a few steps away.
We stayed 14 night at Sorrento Appartments. It is located in the historic part of Sorrento, near all the main street. Very secure facility. Managed by Mirko, his Mom, Gilberto. They weer all fantastic, friendly, welcoming, helpul. Our studio appartment #4 had a balcony on a very typical small and quite street. The # 4 appartment is the only one with a bathtub. Other appartment (studios, seprated rooms, and some spleeping up to 4 persons, had shower). Al appartment are restored and well designed. Our appartment was super clean and well maintained. Pascualina, always smiling, made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you 'Lina' for everything and we will make the gragnano pasta!

Beautiful apartments in the heart of the old townPosted Mar 14, 2015
We stayed here last week for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Flavia, Mirko and Lila (their beautiful Great Dane) and Mirko is full of helpful advice. At the time we stayed, the Naima bar below was being redecorated for the summer season, so we dined out. Our beautiful apartment was very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and terrace. The family have really taken the time to add so many good design features to maximise space but make the rooms attractive. I often had a problem dragging my other half out for the day as he was so comfortable in the apartment. Having previously stayed up on Via Capo, I loved being right in the heart of the old town with dozens of dining options within a 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again! Grazie mille Flavia, Mirko and family.

Pros: Great staff, great location, good value for money
Cons: Kitchen was a little basic for an apartment and noise from the other rooms was a little loud at times but didn't cause an issue
Location: In the heart of Sorrento, a 2 minute walk to the front and a 5 minute walk to the main piazza. Loads of great restaurants and shops on your doorstep.
Great location If your arriving by boat, it was only 2 minutes walk from the sorrento lift. Received a warm welcome from the staff who seemed genuinely interested in our trip and were always cheery and welcoming during our stay. The front of house seemed quite trendy with a well stocked bar and also offered breakfast lunch and dinner, the quality of the food was good and well priced for sorrento. The room had a lovely terrace facing a small street at the back of the apartments, but doesn't include much of a view.

Central to the town.Posted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: Once inside the room, it was modern and spacious.
Cons: We had to use a side entrance through a gate past the owner's moped. It did not have the feel of a hotel. The corridors were not plush.
Location: It was very central and faced onto one of the high streets. It was about a 15 minute walk to the station, yet towards the harbour for Capri.
The apartment was spacious and very modern. The bed was quite hard, which could be separated to make 2 single beds, which our two teenagers did in their apartment. The kitchen was a great asset for making a packed lunch for the day, although you could hear the fridge at night. The bathroom was clean and the shower powerful.

Modern amenities in SorrentoPosted Oct 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Sorrento Apartments was the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. It is about a 10-minute walk from the station which is fine if you packed pretty light. A taxi could be close to 20 euro because the driver will have to take a long way around to reach the small street where the hotel is located. We were warmly greeted by Mirko whose family seems to run the place. He explained how all of the cool high-tech features of our room worked, including the automatic windows and rolling shutters to the balcony. The room was pretty spacious and had a little kitchenette and good water pressure in the shower. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is very convenient. Would definitely stay at Sorrento Apartments again!

Great place to stayPosted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel location is great for exploring Positano and quite handy for bus and ferry to other places in amalfi coast. The staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Marella who knows the tourist areas very well and gave us useful recommendations. Our room was nicely decorated. The shower area was a bit too small and there was no kettle in the room. Breakfast was great with a reasonably wide range of food.
